Petrol is a tad expensive here, pretty common for BP, I did find the petrol prices weren't as bold and obvious and the sign outside was much smaller than most other petrol stations, I didn't notice it at first anyway. Prices are also high in the outlets and the store. I wasn't impressed with the service either, a man who worked in the service station seemed to come over and shout over me in a foreign language to talk to the Subway staff, I get they're bored as it was a quiet day but they seemed to wait until a customer was actually there in order to shout, and it left me feeling rather uncomfortable. There wasn't much of a parking area for people who just wanted to go to Subway or go into the store without getting petrol, without feeling like getting in the way. I do find it strange that on the websites of businesses located here including Subway and Amazon Locker, they call it "Shell Bridgeman Place", my only guess is that this was recently a Shell garage before being converted over to BP, it still was pretty confusing as I was expecting a Shell Garage here. 3* - OK, the location in the town centre is handy, as well as housing a poor Subway branch but still one of the few non-halal stores in the area.

Facilities in the station are good, as well as offering petrol, they have a 24/7 store (although at night you'll be served at the window) as well as offering Waitrose Products, Costa Coffee machine and an Amazon Locker. The prices are pretty high, especially for food, they do have Waitrose branded products despite not being an official store, but prices of these are in excess of 20% more, and sometimes up to 50% more so the pricing is ridiculous, again there's no need to pay those prices unless you're in a rush or calling at an awkward time, with a huge Sainsbury's store just across the road. The staff didn't seem too friendly, he just stared at me and ignored me while I had problems using the coffee machine with no acknowledgement. 3* - Pretty modern, clean fuel station but with rude staff and expensive food and petrol prices, even for a petrol/gas station, there is much better but Shell on Regents Road is OK, especially for the usual Amazon Lockers and coffee machine (when it works)

This is despite the fact that it doesn't seem to be the cheapest petrol station in town -- not for petrol and certainly not for other things, where you end up paying the usual premium for shopping at a convenience store. It's quite a small filling station -- there aren't a huge number of facilities to speak of -- but all in all it does what it says on the tin.

It has a small store, expensive petrol and a Subway kiosk. The staff seemed pretty friendly in both the service station and the Subway inside, the shop was a tad expensive and the selection was slightly worse than other Shell garages but was still ample considering it is only a petrol station at the end of the day and a large Tesco store is only nearby, meaning you'll only be buying food here if in an emergency at night/in a rush so you pay for the convenience. The building was relatively clean, they also claim to have Amazon Lockers here but they do appear to be slightly hidden, I couldn't find them but they can be accessed 24/7 like the main store, which is handy. 3* - The location is very good for the town centre and the motorway, the service station isn't too bad.

It is pretty expensive for fuel and even food, with the Subway here costing more than I've ever experienced before for extras (such as double meat or an extra filling) The Spar shop is okay, the stock is a little limited and prices are a tad expensive, as you'd expect from a place like this. I like the separate parking area which makes it easy if you don't want to buy fuel, and instead, want to just go into the shop or access one of the food businesses or Amazon Lockers, compared to other petrol stations which don't really have designated areas. 3* - Average service station, I wouldn't come here if I had much of a choice but it is OK, and useful in its' town centre location.

It's often one of the cheaper petrol stations in town, but it's rarely the cheapest. The shop is small, and sells the usual sorts of things at the usual sort of (over-inflated) prices. They used to (and may still) have a car wash (one of the few Shell garages in Bolton to have one) -- I used to use this quite a lot and it was an effective machine. The staff were invariably friendly and efficient. All in all, not a bad petrol station at all.
