Not a deal breaking odor - may have been a new smell type of thing. I'm not sure how long this theater has been opened. After being seated a few minutes - I know longer noticed the odor. The seats were comfortable. The aisles were large and made it easy for others to get by you if seated in the same row. That was appreciated. All in all it was a nice and pleasant atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean as well. We will go back to this theater.

It is great how someone from the staff gives an opening statement before the show, and at the end, they often stand by the front door and hand out mints. How cool is that! The floor was sticky in the theater but that's to be expected. Overall regardless of the aesthetics and outside appearance it served its purpose. Unreliable scheduling, especially for Fathom and special events. For weeks they listed Giselle…read moreballet to be shown twice, the dates were wrong on different sites, and then they only had 1 showing at 3 pm with no 7 pm showing. These changes have happened before. Many people drove a long distance for one of the Met operas and they couldn't even receive it in the scheduled theater. No repeats, just a useless drive out there.
