My family and I have enjoyed this theater for many years! I am so grateful that Lincoln, IL still has a theater. It has undergone improvements over the years. It is a comfortable and clean experience, and offers many shows to choose from. They also offer some excellent deals and prices, which makes going to the movies affordable for everyone. Always nice people, too. Definitely a winner! read more

VIP Lincoln Grand has exchanged a few different owners in a short time span, and now owned by a group that has several theaters in the region. We love supporting our local theater. They bring in good films, the employees are always great, it's clean, the concessions are reasonably priced and the bathrooms are beautiful. read more

It's nice that the movie theatre has been renovated but the fact that you want to charge for butter on popcorn is one thing but then to serve stale popcorn that you have to pay for butter on is not worth it. When I am back to visit, I will take the extra time and drive to Bloomington for my movie experience! read more

Newly expanded from 4 to 8 screens - with stadium seating, very comfortable chairs, friendly staff, great prices, and free refills of soda and popcorn (all sizes). Also, a refreshing absence of pre-show commercials. read more

The new management has made the theater experience awkward and less opening to people that aren't in the Christian belief creating an alienating presence for the non Christian community. We are all there to see a movie, which is what we paid for, not to here a sermon mid opening credits. That and the lack of large blockbuster films opening weekend, but somehow screen room and time for free films and films release decades ago leave me wondering why I go to this theater, and not drive 30 minutes to a more updated one. It's sad to see the theater of my childhood fall down like this read more
