Nails turned out good for the price. It was very hard for me to explain what I wanted. My natural nails are long so I just wanted them filed even but my tech wouldn't cut or file them for some reason? she just evened out the one short nail i had with the same nail one the other hand so i had two weirdly short nails. a huge reason i want my nails done is to shape and file them because i don't like doing it myself and i didn't even get that. my cuticles were cut a tad too short as well but otherwise okay. i wish i didn't have to fight to get what i want every time i get my nails done. i gave up trying to get what i wanted after the third time i said something. read more

This morning I spoke with the receptionist and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the lady had 0 evidence of our appointment and attempted to gaslight me into thinking it was my mistake . She in fact had no appointment written for me at all but had evidence of our conversation on her phone ... and even recited my # to me , but continued to deny any mistake on her end. I quite enjoyed this place. They take their time making sure they've done a great job. The massage with the gel could be a bit more firm, it wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped, but the quality of products they have and the work makes up for it. I picked the deluxe pedi, make sure you set aside some time to do it. There's the Jelly leg massage, hot stone massage, paraffin soak, hot towel, cooling gel. All for $50! All worth it. The massage chairs are comfortable as well. New and working. They offer water and sodas. The owners (Jason and Linnea) are kind and chatty, making you feel comfortable and welcome. The female owner (Linna) does designs and I'm quite excited to pick something out for her to do next time I come. I have intentions of returning to get my nails done for my family photos. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this gem. I do recommend booking an appointment. Jason is awesome and very responsive when you email or call for an appointment. So my first appointment here was nice. I went in for a shellac mani and pedi. They do put bags in the tub before doing your pedicure, which is very nice and clean. My manicure was nice initially and then began to crack and lift within three days of it being applied. I immediately emailed Jason and he requested photos. I sent him the photos and he was apologetic and asked that I go in for them to correct it. Unfortunately, I had left the country for a long vacation and was not able to go back right away. Jason told me when I got back from vacation to go in and they would fix it. When I got back from vacation I emailed him and he got me in within the week. He did the polishing himself and it is beautiful. He even apologized after correcting the issue. I appreciated his sincerity and the time he took to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I plan to go here regularly for manicures and pedicures. I would recommend them to anyone because customer service is obviously a high priority for them! I got a gel manicure about a week ago and no chipping yet, so I am happy! The salon was very clean and professional. I did a walk in and did not have to wait. Probably one of the best manicures I have ever received! The nail tech cleaned up my cuticles so well. However, I was a little surprised and disappointed that she did not offer to trim my nails or at least attempt to even them out. Two of my nails were much longer than the others. Not a huge concern... Maybe I just need to be more vocal next time. The application of the gel polish was very precise and clean. Amazing customer service!!! I was searching for a new nail salon to go to while in blono for school and I'm so glad I came across this one! I did a dip manicure and it was absolutely perfect except that a few days later 2 of my nails had decent sized chips in them. I decided to go back, even though I had a bit of anxiety about having to ask them to fix it. I'm so glad I did because the sweet man at the front was so understanding and fixed them in less than 10 minutes!! I was anticipating having to pay for the repair and was so pleased when he told me that was not the case. For $30 I got a great pedicure, and one of the better foot massages I've had. I've never been so relaxed! When I got to the nail salon, I was very impressed with their huge selections of nail polish. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. They listened to you to make sure you got what you asked. I definitely got my money's worth. Also, sometimes they would give you inputs when you struggled to make decisions on what color looked good on you. I took my daughters to get our nails done a couple of weeks ago. Like most kids, they moved around a lot while getting their nails done; however, the owner, Linna, was so patient with them and she did a fantastic job (unlike other place that I've been to, they got annoyed with kids when they don't sit still). They were also the only nail salon in the area that provided jelly spa, which was so amazing and relaxing!!!! I was on a time crunch and had called a couple places including Rosemary just for them to all let me know they were booked for the day (that's what I get for not making reservations!) Jason at Rosemary Nails had literally called me back about 20 minutes later, remembered what I was looking for, and told me they could squeeze me in. I'm always nervous about quality when being "squeezed in," but not here. I think this is one of the best sets of Dip Nails I've ever had! Jason did my nails and was so thorough and kind. I really loved this place! Long story short, I was at the Imperial Buffet a few weeks ago and there was a stack of cards with the services provided and prices (and a 15% off coupon) for this salon. I grabbed one on a whim, thinking I'd give them a try. I couldn't be happier! I went in today with no appointment and was greeted promptly and sat for my manicure. I instantly noticed that there was no overwhelming chemical smell that you have in other salons. I'm guessing it's because they don't do acrylic/artificial nails (GOOD-because that smell can be a lot to take). Jason (who I believe owns it with his wife) was extremely patient and calm and really took his time. That being said, because they don't rush you through, make sure to budget your time accordingly. I'd recommend making an appointment-they had to ask another walk-in to come back (she did, by the way). You can request an appointment through Yelp as well. I am super happy with my experience at Rosemary Nails today. I'm in a wedding this weekend and needed to get my nails done before I leave in a few days. I called at 4:45 to see if there was any way they could fit me in on short notice. They were super helpful and could get me in for both a shellac manicure and pedi for the same day before close. I was extremely pleased with the results of both, and was so appreciative that they even stayed open late to finish up my manicure. They had a great discount running right now which they applied for me without me even having to ask, making the price a steal for both services.
