There's an elementary (?) school on the southern edge of the park but we rarely see any kids playing in the park. There are also two tennis courts that have permanent pickleball lines painted on them. One of the drawbacks is the large electrical structures that run through the park but they aren't in the way and the park is maintained very well. There are always people walking, riding bikes or just laying on the grassy areas and, even though it seems like it could be a little sketchy, particularly at night, we've never seen any criminal activity. There isn't a lot of shady areas or trees but there are park benches and bbq spots available. If you're looking for a park to let your dogs run or just a cool place to take a stroll, you can do worse than this park ;)

It has a nice slide and lots of obstacles for kids to climb on. It is pretty clean here. The basketball courts are nice. It is in close proximity to the Sierra Lakes Elementary. At night, this place can be shady. When the sun goes down, we tend to leave with our kids. It is a nice place to visit on cool afternoons/evenings. It lacks a good amount of shade. During our hot summers, the equipment can get very hot and burn skin. Be cautious of that!
