They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and got the work done quickly at a fair price. It's refreshing to find a shop that's knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. Pick up and drop off was shady behind someone else's house and neighbors told us that they always gave their address for some reason. They was very unhappy with Mike and his crew too. Here's a list of things that were wrong:- - Left side trailer tail light not working. - Bent trailer & hitch - Front Right Flat RZR tire - Back left bald & plugged tire. - Ordered & paid for RZR Turbo but got RZR 1000. - Check engine light on all the time. - Unsafe for dunes or anywhere, got stuck on small dune, no power. - Was delivered dirty. - Left trailer low tire pressure. - Loose cables, wiring, trim. - Insufficient strength ties down for RZR. - Dirty helmets, broken & cracked goggles. No Customer service. Pure SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. Wont pick up my calls.

When we had to reschedule for a different date, and they were able to accommodate with no issue over the phone. For hydro bikes, we were able to bring our two dogs. They do not have life jackets for the dogs, but they recommend having your dog's harness, in a case they fall in. They do offer lift jackets for humans. They only had paid parking in the back and spaces were limited as it's shared with restaurants and people who come to fish here. The hydro bikes also has a place to put your water bottles and a small storage. We had great time renting from Disco. I think my dogs enjoyed it as well.

I took in my 1989 Boston Whaler to get the 30 hp Evinrude e-Tec outboard tuned; it was running…read morerough after my servicing it; I opened the bottom end and checked the impeller-it was perfect. I dropped it off on Monday, 7/13, and I was contacted a day later and told that there was a dirty fuel injector that was flowing only 20% fuel. Wanted an extra $180 for the service. I was then texted by Ryan on that Thursday that he forgot the office was going to be closed the following week because he would be away at a conference in Arizona so if I would Zelle him payment that the shop would still be open and I could get my Whaler. I replied that I could not Zelle him payment. I picked it up a week later and a total of $400; incidentally Ryan was in the office and indicated that he was flying out in the afternoon. When I got it home I applied the bunny ears and fired it up; it sounded worse than when I dropped it off. I immediately called and "Big Ryan" told me that his tech stated the rough idle was normal and just to put it in the water and it will be perfect. I was not satisfied and returned it to them to check again that afternoon. After another two days, it was ready for pickup; incidentally Ryan was in the office again (he lied about the Zelle payment and the conference). Ryan stated that his tech Freddy stated "it was a runner and pushing water well." I got it home put the engine in a water tank and again, sounded worse; this time it would not stay on and it was smoking. It had no water flow on the engine so I removed the lower end and found that the impeller had disintegrated completely. Without it, there was no way that is was "pushing water" as Ryan had stated. This outfit is just one lie after another and I could not trust them that anything had been done to my engine; no tuning, no fuel injector cleaning, no care to run it in water and not burn out the impeller. I contacted Ryan by phone (mssg, left) and by text because he would not answer either shop nor personal phone. I informed him of all my apprehensions and that I wanted a partial refund for negligent service. He did not concede any fault nor refund. As a final nail, I was checking the light to trailer to the marina at night and discovered that they had broken my port side tail light cover and not mentioned a word about it. Shady shop, stay away and be warned!!
