These guys apparently are getting a quick return on their investment, because $9,000 for a days rental for a Mid-Level Mastercraft is absolutely insane! I don't know much about these fine vessels, but our rental was perfect for what we needed, seemed to be relatively new, was in good repair, and came with all the life jackets/pfds and gas our family would need. The jet ski was super easy to drive and a ton of fun - more than I expected, really! Service was way above and beyond: friendly, sincere, efficient, and Mike and his assistant were deeply appreciative of our business. They were committed to making sure we had a great time and they ABSOLUTELY delivered!! I can't recommend MC highly enough. If you're looking for professional fun-creators, this is where to go.

Here's a list of things that were wrong:- - Left side trailer tail light not working. - Bent trailer & hitch - Front Right Flat RZR tire - Back left bald & plugged tire. - Ordered & paid for RZR Turbo but got RZR 1000. - Check engine light on all the time. - Unsafe for dunes or anywhere, got stuck on small dune, no power. - Was delivered dirty. - Left trailer low tire pressure. - Loose cables, wiring, trim. - Insufficient strength ties down for RZR. - Dirty helmets, broken & cracked goggles. No Customer service. Pure SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. Wont pick up my calls.

When we had to reschedule for a different date, and they were able to accommodate with no issue over the phone. For hydro bikes, we were able to bring our two dogs. They do not have life jackets for the dogs, but they recommend having your dog's harness, in a case they fall in. They do offer lift jackets for humans. They only had paid parking in the back and spaces were limited as it's shared with restaurants and people who come to fish here. The hydro bikes also has a place to put your water bottles and a small storage. We had great time renting from Disco. I think my dogs enjoyed it as well.

The way that the owner Ryan gets you to believe in the quality of the boat you're purchasing is that he states that he's selling it for a customer who has maintained superior service records and maintenance on the boats. I paid quite a bit for a blue commander boat at their shop with the guarantee that they would make sure to take care of anything that was wrong with the vessel . I had to bring the vessel back on two different occasions, and Ryan never honored his word. The fuel gauges don't work. I ended up having to redo all of the fuel system. And have to buy parts in order for the speedometer gauge to work.. Ryan is not any longer a certified MerCruiser mechanic, and they are not recommended by MerCruiser in any form. All of the reviews you read about him are in fact he's a liar and I have confirmed this with multiple other boat mechanics in the area. He sold me a boat with a guarantee that I had never touched salt water, and upon opening the motor up, there was indicative of multiple saltwater trips and issues within the water delivery system itself . He is a crook and will take money from you without any remorse. Do not deal with him. Everything you're reading about him is true. I have pictures and service records to prove it now. . If he's talking, he's lying don't believe a word out of his mouth . 1st week on the water I called to mention issues with hesitation and other issues and he tried to blame it on running out of fuel. I am an award winning Rose Parade Float mechanic. He didn't know that and thought that was a valid exist. Carburetors and mechanical fuel pumps do not burn out because you ran out of fuel. Anyone who has a classic car or works in them understands this. This man is scum.

After 3 months of having my boat and continually claiming parts were on back order, I finally got it back. Well before I got it back I got a call from the tech that my throttle got stuck in neutral and I needed a new throttle. That cost me $800 even though I was so pissed at them since it was fine when I dropped it off. When I got it, I took it to Lake Perris a couple weeks before my big trip to Shaver lake with the family. So at 8:30 am on a Saturday with a boat full of kids and full ice chest, I'm on the ramp and it won't start. Having to embarrassing pull it out and leave the lake. The kids and wife were very upset. Took it back to HOB and found out they blew a fuse. So I take it home to turn on the ignition to find out 1/2 the gauges don't work. Call them again and take it in to have small Ryan the so called electrical expert crawl underneath the helm to find several gauges wires unhooked. So know I'm on the presapus of my 7 day lake trip. I pull it to shaver and find out that the trim gauge isn't working still. Also, my ignition switch they installed was getting hung up in start and run causing a loud noise from the starter. Boat also ran like crap sputtering at full throttle. This doesn't include them ripping my wire harness off my boat trailer moving it around in their yard. None of my lights worked the last time I got it back. I just feel like every time they touched my boat something else broke. I've decided to move on and fix the gauge and ignition myself. Ryan, the owner, was always a really nice guy, but being nice doesn't deliver sometimes. Ryan, your staff let you down here and your lack of quality control ruined a relationship. I wish you luck but I can't trust my boat to your techs.
