My name is L.I. and I'm a current client of the law firm of Daniel M. Rosenberg & Associates. As a client in the middle of a false case for the alleged Interference of Visitation which started in 2016, while I maintained sole physical and legal residential custody of my child since 2014, when the mother abandoned our child the first time as infant in the heat while sick Today, December 27, 2018, after fighting these false claim of Interference of Visitation since 2016 and taking care of my minor disabled child, I went through some horrible and incompetent lawyers who damaged my case hiding records and facts in the case and violated my U.S. Constitutional Right, and stole thousands of dollars from me, I can tell anyone how this law firm has helped me so far put the pieces together in the case and unravel the wrong doing of the adversary opposing lawyer G.J.L who maliciously went after me to remove my disabled son from his medical treatments from another state and testified against me before a grand jury knowing he was in violation of RPC 3.8 of Lawyer Advocate-Witness and the Prosecutor went along with it to create a false indictment against me to achieve results and impartiality in the Family Court while he actively ligated the family court case and to remove my son on June 12, 2017, as he withheld evidence of the parent time schedule in the October 21, 2016 Court Order before the Grand Jury. This Lawyer G.J.L. adversary lawyer in family court request his client to file the false police report against me which he used and forced into criminal court to wrongly remove my child and to put me in jail. The prosecutor's office knows these facts and is continuously trying to convict me knowing the case has no merit and it's wrong. Daniel Rosenberg and Associates realized that I have spent alot of money and I am financial drained from the wrong doing of the prior lawyers and the family court case, and have worked with me on payments, as my case continues.
