I had a variation of bløtkake and the taste was just as I remembered. Delicate, with whipped cream filling and raspberry filling. I had to sample the saft is (soft serve ice cream) and it was the best I've tasted while in town. And all washed down with a cold Solo. A very Norwegian experience. Always a favorite.
