As much as I was happy to see a new place like this in Vienna, a little bit of Americana, I can…read moreonly rate this place as average, maybe at most 3.5 stars. It's not bad, but I believe it has the potential to do much better. For instance, when I had saw the photos and signs for nachos, it already gave me a craving for them since I haven't had these since I arrived in Austria a few months ago. But the way the nachos were served were just some chips in a small paper plate and some canned cheese sauce on the side; it didn't look anything like the photo. Nothing really special and a bit amateurish, if you ask me. What I suggest they do is serve the nachos in a decent container, and top the chips with the nachos cheese instead. I do appreciate the fact that they did have a huge variety of toppings, unlimited, mostly for the hot dogs but they had jalapeños and salsa, too. With my suggestion, it makes it much better to add the toppings on top of the cheese. I also wish they had toppings like fresh guacamole, which is quite easy to make, as well as chili con carne or taco meat. Now, me being from the U.S. Southwest, it's might be a little bit unfair of me to this review. But if I were in charge of the place, I would definitely make all of these changes myself. Again, this isn't Arizona, New Mexico, or Texas, so naturally the people here have a different taste in mind and anyone opening a business here has to understandably adjust to the local tastes.
