The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

Great service, great prices and great smiles when you come in the front office. I have taken my cars to Josh and the guys since I moved back in 2014. I have never had a problem with their work and they can usually get you in within a couple of days of you calling for an appointment. Never any hidden fees. Their prices are well below anywhere else in the area. If I need something fix and the car isn't drivable it is worth the tow just to get it fixed there. I had one of our vehicles towed somewhere else last week and the price was four times what Reliable would've charged. It was a loose battery connection. $150 at this other place but only $30 at Reliable. Plus the other place did stuff we didn't request. Reliable will not do anything without your permission. They will also let you know if other things need repair and wether it's important or can wait. You're greeted with a smile from Colleen or Emy and the service guys are so nice. Josh and his crew of two more treat you and your car as if you are family. I would give them ten stars if I could.
