It's because she listens to you (verbally), your body (physically) and adjusts her approach throughout the massage. I walked away mentally and physically restored with reduced tension and less pain. The atmosphere in her studio was clean and soothing. I arrived with a muscle, injured months ago, that never seemed to improve, regardless of what I tried. When I left I had full range of motion and still do a couple days later. She was very thorough and worked on muscles no other therapist ever had. During the session we chatted and my impression of her is very warm and friendly, as well as skilled/knowledgeable about therapeutic massage. I contacted her, knowing by her reviews that she works Monday-Saturday, so likely wouldn't respond until the end of the day, or on a break, and more likely the following day. She responded within an hour! I gave her my availability and she gave me hers, which was mid September :( I booked it. That far out, along with great reviews, tracks for someone worthy! As much as I really needed a massage, I was willing to wait to see if she was that good. I figured I'd find some subpar massage and tough it out until September. She texted later that she had a cancellation. I snatched that immediately! Me telling ya'll this is like giving up a monster buck zone location, or a awesome fishing hole, or great-grandma's secret recipe, you just don't!
