It doesn't say that in the receipt and anyone knows that was unfit to use is a raises garden bed. This soil could've only been used for fill dirt in construction. We actually had to just dump out the dirt somewhere that accept fill and go buy it elsewhere. Point is: they do not care about the product and just want a sale. They knew it was wrong to sell it to me for what I explained it was going to be used for and then refused a return in less than an hour after receiving the product. He was also tasked with trimming our many other bushes and trees including our mature and valuable Japanese Maple. He and his crew worked all day planting, weeding, and mulching and followed our directions to the letter.
