The only reason I have reviewed it as 4 stars instead of 5 is because it would have been nice to have the arms be a part of the massage as well. The 30 minute massage included about 5 minutes on each leg and the remainder of the time on my back (which was amazing, and much needed), however I would have sacrificed even a couple of minutes of back time for my arms as well. I had an appointment at this salon to have my fingers and toes done. The lady that I was given was…read morevery rude. She never talked to me the whole time, expect to ask what colour I wanted. When it came to my finger nails, which I'm very sure I asked for gel polish when I booked my appointment, she used just a regular nail polish and then took a little fan and pointed down at my nails and said when you think it's dry you can leave, I have to go to my next appointment and then left me sitting by myself. When I left and reached into my purse for my keys the polish wasn't dry yet and it smudged. Not very happy! Very poor service!

In the front, there are again 8-10 nail stations. The staff are lovely, greeted with a smile from everyone upon arriving. I chose my colours and went to the back. After my pedi and an episode of Holmes on Homes I headed to the front for my mani. There is another TV in the front, the news was on which was kind of nice. On one wall though, they have a huge wall unit, the top half has OPI nail polishes, and the bottom half has little kits with nail files, buffers and other instruments with customers names on the boxes! Super cute and a nice touch - saves money and ensures your return customers are taken care of. Very clean place, as I was one of the last booked customers for the day I watched as a few staff cleaned up their stations - incredibly thorough! I've already booked my next visit and look forward to going back :)

I walked in there told me, yes we have time to repair two nails for you, I went in and waited after I had picked a polish. I sat there for 20 minutes until someone came to repair the nails, I asked when I walked in if they didn't have time I could go some place else, she assured me she could accommodate me, THEN I picked a colour that she said " no it will take me to long to paint that colour...to many coats" so I picked another colour. she proceeded to paint them and was painting my skin and cuticles. I asked her if she thought it was acceptable? she then squirted acetone all over my nails and said "OK!!! you go home and paint your own nails" I will never be back, totally unacceptable to treat anyone this way.

i've had issues at this business before but decided i'd give it another chance. when i went in this…read moretime, i got my nails done with the powder, after 4 days i had to go in to get a nail replaced because it broke, and then 2 days after that another broke this time the lady who was redoing my nails didn't pay much attention and kept getting up and walking away and going to do other things while in the middle of fixing my nail, making something that should have take 10-15 minutes max, take 30 minutes to complete with 20 of those minutes consisting of my sitting in the seat waiting for her to come back and finish my nail... . it's been 10 days now since i paid 56$ to get them down and when opening my car door 4 more broke off so being frustrated because it was becoming to much always having them break, i took them all off. only having them on for 10 days. very poor quality nails as well as a waste of money. i don't recommend going here. not the greatest service.
