Chris was extremely patient with all my questions and informative as to cost, how it would function and where he would place the components on my rare bike. Picked it up last night. He gave me a great tutorial and points of caution, like extra weight, longer stopping distance, importance of tire pressure monitoring, etc before I left the shop. He wanted me to enjoy it and be safe. I LOVE IT!!! Works even better than I hoped. Better than an actual e-bike I've ridden. He did a phenomenal job. HIs choice of E-kit, his workmanship and his concern for my enjoyment and safety are top notch. I am an extremely happy customer and am thrilled to be able to enjoy riding again. THANK YOU!!!
