This is the place for you to stop at Service is great they never let the line get along which I greatly appreciate and the prices are average certainly not overpriced. The sales people are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. So why not more than three stars? You ask. My primary issue is I don't really enjoy this model of shopping. The merchandising is very much like TJ MAX, Ross or any place where items are just mixed in. It's for those who really like the "hunt," of shopping. I just do not. Which is the reason I tend to shop online more. Secondly there were no incentives offers for purchases. The lines are so long and finally, there were only two stalls in the bathroom but in all fairness the bathroom was clean.

Chile! The lack of customer service is high in this establishment!…read more I do like the variety of clothing and prices here. I purchased a dress that I had to go down in size and jeans that I had to go up in size. Try on everything so you can make sure it fits. My fitting room experience was not great. The attendant was more concerned with conversing with her coworkers than checking me in. Self check out can be tricky if you are not paying attention. The lady ahead of me did not get a receipt and the attendant told her incorrect info about obtaining it. After I paid and my receipt did not come out, I asked for assistance. Turns out the paper was jammed in the machine. I have my receipt, but the lady in front of me was SOL. The manager told her if you need to bring something back to tell them what happened. I hope they don't give her a hard time about that! I do agree with other Yelpers to come here during the day or during the week to not be in a crowded store. Oh and they close at 8pm with the mall, not 9pm as the Yelp listing says.

I highly recommend!…read more Five below is huge! It is the largest one in the area! They have a wide variety and selection of items ranging from less than $5 all the way up to $35. There were so many options and great selection to choose from. The only thing that I wish they would have improved for a Saturday afternoon is the checkout process with this service they only had one out of the six registers open and it was extremely busy during my shopping visit. I think the checkout process could've been easier if they had all of the registers open at this Large location. But other than that, we had a great time shopping at five below. Check them out.
