The technician for today never showed up, but lied to his supervisor that he left here a half hour ago. No missed calls, texts, emails, and nothing on my ring camera. So now we have to wait a couple of weeks for the next available appointment. It took me over an hour between chatting and phone calls to accomplish this. When I called, I had two hangups. Had to call a third time. I now have a headache from all of this nonsense. The sales department is great, but the service dept. is as bad as it can possibly be. The couch has a spot on the front and she came to our house and took care of it. The end table came in damaged and she reordered it. The second one came in with a crack. Again, she contacted the company and got another table. The third, fourth and fifth tables were also not perfect, but she didn't bother us with that information. When the sixth table came in and was perfect, she called us to say it was there. She definitely provides great service to her customers. She will have us as customers forever.
