I am not one for invasive sales associates, but zero effort was made at this store. I asked two associates at the counter whether they had other bras in the same size and style (different pattern). It was like crickets. They did not show me any other options or even point me to where they were. At that point I knew more about them than they did. I also asked if they had a pair of pants in the same size and waistband but a wider leg. Again, they had no clue what they carried and what they didn't. These were basic black pants that they always carry, not a weird line or style. I gathered up the things I had planned on buying, and their cash register system was down. No apologies. I asked if they had any coupons. They didn't know. The entire experience was frustrating because it was quite obvious they did not want to be there. I left the store without purchasing anything and bought what I wanted online.

My home store is either Sioux Falls, SD or Naples, FL. My wife and i picked our our clothes, tried them etc and went 5 mins past 6. At this point one of the managers by the name of " Latisha or Leticia" was extremely rude to us. She walked over and told me that if i was ready they could ring me up. I said give me just a minute my wife is picking up her top and we will be right there. Once i got to the register she had a rude and discriminatory attitude towards us. She did not ask me if i would like to sign up for their credit card to save money or did not care to help me apply the coupon i had found that i wanted to use. When it came time to pay i was transferring funds to use my card and she says " you can insert your card now the store is closed" to which i said yes its been 7 mins the store has been closed and i am purchasing $400 worth of merchandise from you. She continued her rudeness and basically just wanted us out. My wife had our daughter in our stroller and she did not even help open the door. Overall extremely rude and discriminatory attitude. Horrible experience.
