I have to say, I HATE the labyrinth of a parking lot for this plaza. Have you seen so many weird stop signs everywhere?!? So annoying. It took like 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Anyways.... Love hitting up Ross stores. The selection is always changing so you never know what you'll find. The toy selection here was lacking. We found a kid's New Era Astros City Connect hat for $12.99! Listed online for $35.99!! I'd say that was a pretty good find! Only 2 registers were open. Started a timer when we got in line and it took 10 minutes. Lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. read more

I would rate it a 0 if I could.. The most disgusting establishment ever!!! Beware when using the bathrooms you might even end up catching a virus stepping foot in there. They don't clean shit is everywhere I even found a soiled diaper on the floor with shit smeared on the toilet seats... beware.. items are okay customer service is fine but they don't take care of the establishment and it's a mess. read more

Chandler and Joey were not happy when their roommate moved out so that he could go and open a clothing store. But when they saw how cheap the clothes were, they felt better. This Ross is very close to Cha Boba, which is the best Bubble Tea shop in the world, and we come down here fairly often - usually half the time that we come to get the bubble tea, we end up in here. It's one of these best locations and she's (Barbie) probably bought a hundred different things from here. I bought a couple of my tops from here - the ones that show off my muscles - and usually if they have one I'll snap it up but they don't always. read more

What an absolute dump!! We briefly stopped in to see if they had any luggage. What we saw was a piece of luggage that looked overly used and then was returned. They had the audacity to be selling it as new luggage. All the "new tags" were attached and it was $65.00. I would not have picked it up if I were dumpster diving, much less paid them $65!!!! After seeing them trying to pass off what is obviously used luggage as new, I wonder what else they put on the shelf that has been already worn? Think about it! Would you be comfortable buying underwear here after seeing what they put on the shelf? Look at my photos and see this piece of junk luggage. Needless to say, we will never shop there again. The jeans are a lot cheaper than at Marshalls. At Marshalls, ladies jeans are $13+, but at Ross its $5. Thank goodness. However, Ross isn't as kept up as Marshalls. The home decor is basic and not unique. You wouldn't find the next best thing. The dressing room are OK, I really hope they mop the floors because the store is extremely cluttered. The store associates aren't as friendly as you would expect them to be. read more

Ross always have a good selection for shirts, blouses, and sometimes jeans. Casual shirts or dressy shirts are very affortable. I actually like coming here better than going to TJ Maxx or Marshalls, to buy shirts and blouses. Also, Ross is rarely crowded with lots of customers compared to the shopping stores above. Dog aisle has a numerous dog beds, toys, shampoo, and bowls that are affortable than Petsmart. The only thing I don't like about this Ross is that their home decor aisles are terrible there isn't anything in it. It's like they forgot to stock in those aisles. If I return I'll just come back for the shirts. read more

I will admit I come and browse this shop quite often. It's my Walmart... sort of. They have recently cleaned house... like, a lot. I realize the majority of these stores are a mish-mash of items thrown into the discount pile and you are left digging. Rummaging is not really my strong suit so occasionally I get flustered and just leave. This was a much better and productive visit. I don't usually skim the clothes so I don't have much to say about the selection, I spent ALL my time in housewares/kitchen. Yep, I could easily spend my money there. The most recent trip was like a gift for a true foodie (myself!): 2 humongous cookbooks and wooden ladles. read more

The last few times that I have been in Ross I have been very disappointed. The departments are not organized and items are thrown about. I was looking for hair care products but most of the products that I looked at had been tampered with. Ross needs to step it up and clean up their stores. read more

No, no, no.... Never again will I stop in. Hubby and I ran right in to grab a hat for the weekend. I was able to find a hat immediately since we weren't looking for anything specific. While the price was right ($9.99), the store was not. There was a line of people and then another short line where apparently you could go for returns, although there was no signs that designate there is a separate line. The cashier even acknowledged that, but then said no biggie and continued to service those people while the rest of us waited. How hard is it to say there is one line? So I waited- there were only two registers open and 10 people in line. The store was a total mess too. Upon checking out, our cashier didn't even hand us our receipt, I had to take if off the register myself. How hard is it to provide decent customer service? No wonder this place is a dump.. Save yourself a trip and go to Target a few doors down! read more

I went to Ross on my lunch break the other day, Only to browse around for things I need for my newborn I'm expecting and I absolutely loved everything I put into my basket! I was only supposed to look for a few outfits and and diaper bag. I ended up getting outfits, a diaper bag, socks, mittens, bibs, blankets, wash cloths and onesie's. All for 200 dollars! Not bad if I don't say so myself. And nothing I put into my basket was over 10 dollars oh except for the diaper bag but that was just 15 which was a steal since it was a Carter's diaper bag. I got the most for my money and now I just want to visit a different Ross to find more amazing deals and cute stuff for my baby girl. I recommend this store to anyone on a budget and looking for great deals or just looking for great deals. read more

One of the worst locations I've ever been too. This is very upsetting to me because I am a Ross fan. The restrooms are filthy, the fitting room attendants are rude, and the selection is extremely poor throughout the entire store. When I visit I usually go through each department. With such low inventory you would think the store could be kept a bit cleaner.(my last visit the store did seem cleaner) I continue to check it out but rarely purchase anything from this location due to the lack of stock. But TJ Maxx right down the sidewalk gets plenty of my money as well as other Ross locations when I'm near one. I certainly hope this location improves since this is where I've decided to retire. read more
