I'm usually a big fan of Ross and similar discount retailers, so I was excited to stop by this location. It's a smaller store, but it's also in a smaller town, and I'm grateful to have a Ross available locally. That said, I was a little disappointed with the inventory during my visit. The selection seemed somewhat limited, and parts of the store felt a bit disorganized. I was able to find a pair of shoes for my son, which was exactly what we needed at the time, and the price was reasonable, though I wouldn't necessarily call it a standout deal. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the checkout process was smooth and efficient. I'll definitely visit again in the future to see if my experience was simply a matter of timing, as inventory and organization can vary from one visit to the next. read more

This place is a dumping ground for whatever leftover merchandise came from somewhere else. Yoi can find good deals in here if you pay attention. The store is arranged so that you have to get past the horrendous selection of shoes to get to the clothes. Bedding and other home goods occupy the left hand side past the registers. Good luck in that miasma of mid-priced bed and bath items. A few shelves of lamps, decor and accessories fill out the back wall. In the middle is low tables piled high with toys, food, flotsam and Jetsom that looks like is was dumped out of a cardboard box directly onto the table. Checking out is through a carefully planned enclosed aisle way, packed with all of the impulse items you didn't know you needed. You get quick, efficient service at the register once you finally get your turn. I'd call it a cousin to Big Lots or Walls. Discount fun! read more

One of the cleanest, nicest clothing stores I have been in. The selection was summertime themed, which was great. The assortment of items, particularly clothes and Father's Day gifts, were vast. I found a few specialty items that made me do my happy dance. The cashiers were efficient, quick, and courteous. I want to give a shoutout to Emily, the young lady working near the fitting rooms. Emily was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and sweet. Overall, I had a really great experience. I will definitely be going back! read more

This one time at Ross I successfully hid and re-hid a Michael Kors purse for over a month before deciding not the purchase it. The point is that if I had wanted to buy it, I could have, because I know how to hide the good shit at Ross. read more

Ross is the best place to go if you want to get decent items at a cheap price. unfortunately there's no telling if they will have what your looking for or want because its constantly changing. I think it could be a little bit more organized but that's just me.. so its about a 50-50 chance of finding something really good! read more

Hit or miss...the clothing selection is not my fav but I have found a couple decent shirts and an awesome Puma duffel bag. Their houseware selection is pretty good and I have gotten quite a few pieces from Ross to decorate the house. read more

It seems the deals are far and few in between anymore for me. I think their prices have gotten to close to prices I can get anywhere else. A few years back I would buy sheets, shoes etc but they seem to be getting a little proud of their stuff And the lines many times are waiting on 1 cashier while the manager sits and watches. read more

Horrible,horrible return policy! And a non-helpful, power hungry manager. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS OR ELSE! And DO NOT buy their shampoo or conditioner, no matter how good of a deal it might seem. I bought a $36 set of "salon" shampoo and conditioner, and once I got around to using it, it ruined my hair, causing dryness and breakage. While I was bummed I didn't keep the receipt, I knew that the price tag sticker with "Ross" and the price were still clearly intact and displayed on the bottles. The cashier was very friendly and helpful ringing up my return at first, but was only able to offer me a refund at the current price, a measly $0.49 per bottle. Simply criminal. Upon talking to the manager, Veronica, to see if there was anything she could do for the refund, she lectured that only a receipt would be able to guarantee a full refund and since I didn't have one, I had only two choices: keep the bottles, or take my whopping $1.07 in return funds. By this point, I was resigned to my fate, and she and I stepped aside to another register to issue the return. Once out of earshot of other customers, she begrudgingly told me under her breath that she'd give me back my money, but just this one time, and I had better save my receipts in the future. I thanked her graciously, and got my credit card out and ready to put the charges back. I was sorely disappointed to be handed a card for store credit, so I could continue to spend my money at such an unfriendly establishment. I am proud that they hire such friendly people as the cashier I spoke to, but it's disappointing that Ross' return policy does not protect you from buying their absolute garbage hair products without a refund. read more

Hit or miss in finding things. Slow check-out and not very friendly staff. I've stood in line for over 30 min. before, if I hadn't needed the item I would have left. Also some cheap quality clothing at times. I've purchased two shirts and had them shrink in the wash even after following the explicit instructions. You really do get what you pay for sometimes. I think I'll be heading to T.J.Maxx from now on instead. read more
