Small kind of packed store, but some good finds. I didn't appreciate during my visit that 3 employees (dressing room attendee, cashier, and security) pre assumed I'm Mexican and had just instantly talked to me in Spanish when I approached. While to be fair I do get mistaken a lot, but these were from EMPLOYEES, not fellow customers wanting to chat with me or ask something and it's their default language. It is lowkey racist to assume someone's ethnicity especially at a work place dealing with customers, and just go ahead and start of in a different language than English. It's very off putting coming from an employee. Oh and after I said I don't understand/don't speak Spanish, they spoke back in English pretty fluently. Annoyed and peeve of the workers and the place itself is so claustrophobic. I won't be missing this Ross. read more

Well I have favorite this store, I've been here twice and today I met the Manager Liz, and she shared her love for working at Ross. She is very respectful and fixing the mess that customers make a very kind lady. Also the young lady Bree that checked me out was also very respectful and nice, I didn't get the young lady at the dressing room and she also was very respectful and nice. This is my first time in the store I like that they did have a lot of clothes to choose from but on the other hand I see that their floors are really dirty. I went to use the restroom and I was very disappointed and disgusted of how dirty it was. Come on you're Ross you have all these stores and you can't hire a cleaning crew for your restroom especially with Covid. The restroom stunk really bad and thank God I always take a freshener with me to spray that has alcohol to spray knobs and door knobs so I don't touch them. read more

Do not recommend coming to this Ross. My husband and I came to grab decor for our bedroom and within the first 10 minutes of shopping Security & Undercover Secret Shopper were constantly following my husband and I. Employees also acted suspiciously around us and called security 3 times to our isle. It was so uncomfortable and very unprofessional. We were in literal shock at the behavior of the employees towards us & Decided to leave after just 20 minutes. Would not come here again. I definitely recommend going to the Ross further up in Summit. It's a bit of a drive but you would be able to shop in peace and not get harassed by employees & security. Worst experience here, zero stars if possible. read more

Needed some quick gym goods. Stepped into this Ross which was a huge mistake! Within minutes I was followed by loss prevention and employees who made the experience uncomfortable and continued to very obviously follow me anywhere I went. I see several other customers complaining about the same behavior. It's laughable that these degenerate people grab a microscopic piece of power and they abuse it on paying customers for what reason? Who knows. Anyways there's a positive to this experience I was reminded that Ross sells junk anyways and that I will never spend another dollar here especially because it is supporting these imbeciles. read more

Just shop online. The security guard, Martin, will apparently harass you for trying on shoes. Literally aforementioned associate followed me while I shopped, and when I was about to try a great pair of shoes I found in the women's section... ...he comes up to me, and says in a rude tone, "Can you move? I need to get through?" Mind you I have four pairs of shoes, (3) active, and a pair of nice contemporary designers between 9-10.5 I'm a 9.5, and yes, women's active is cheaper than men's and looks the same. I get it, you have to show your in power, but customer service is actually the better way to conduct such, like maybe get all the piles of shoes off is the chair so your customers can get comfortable and try on said shoes. Instead they follow and harass you. Funny, cause if they watch their cameras, and notice I always purchase 2-4 pairs at a time when I visit. I'm good, DD's has the same grade products, and they're actually nice. Sad, this store is managed very unwell and/or they have lack in seasoned associates, their corporate should just clean house, seems complacent. read more

Crazy chaos! The line is snaked in front of the registers but reaches to the back of the store! Clothes and cloth hangers on the floor and everywhere! If I could give them zero reviews I would. Today this store scared my mother into having a panic attack. The security guard kept following her everywhere she went. She FaceTimed me because she felt uncomfortable. The entire time she was on FaceTime with me I can see the security guard circling around her. She called me full panic attack hardly able to breathe because they made her feel like she was a lowlife thief. Miguel the security guard even followed her to the cashiers and kept staring at her. This is unacceptable behavior towards a customer that all she wanted to do was buy some things for a nail technician class she is taking. My entire family will no longer come to this Ross. Frankly I wish I had read their reviews first. after reading the reviews and experiencing it first hand we will no longer shop here. read more

This Ross store has one of the biggest junior departments I have ever seen. It is in a shopping center with Target, TJ Maxx and two other Fashion stores right next to it, so it's got some good competition. It is pretty clean, although the other departments don't have good selections of things. I really like their dresses department... I was in a hurry this time around, next time I want to check out the rest of the store, but so far so good. The night manager was really rude, if I wasn't given the wrong name, her name is Nicole. My 2 year-old brother was playing with a toy that I was of course going to pay for and this manager just came and grabbed it and as soon as I told her I'd pay for it she literally threw it by his feet and almost hit him. When I asked who the manager was, one of the employees called her and translated for me, thinking I wasn't understanding what she was saying, but in reality I understood everything and when I asked why had she given me a dirty look when I said I'd pay for the toy she said, "that's the only face I have, sorry", ridiculous making herself look and sound like a moron. read more

This is not the worst store I've ever shopped at but it CERTAINLY isnt the best. Every time I have visit it is a bit of a mess. Line's are long, clothing and other items are laying every where throughout aisle in stores. Customer service gets the 3 stars because the Cashier's seem to be very nice and polite. The prices are reasonable you can almost always find something for little or nothing. I would never shop at this ross ever again, the manager Liz is so rude and disrespectful to the customers in front of the employees and other customers that Not only was so embarrassing for me but I feel bad that she embarrassed herself so bad. This Ross doesn't even deserve a star. I stood in line like everybody else did with my items and when I got to the front of the line I was with my sister n law and my things are in her basket. I asked manager if I can go into her line because she didn't have anybody and she told me no because I was with my sister-in-law and I needed to stay there. I bought one set of curtains of two panels at Redlands store and I notice it was missing one panel , the packet of curtains was seal,with the plastic strips attached together side to side , perfectly folded , with tags ,it was intachable ... so I took it back to my nearest store here in fontana and the manager cecy didn't want to give me store credit even I told her I bought like that ! Extremely rude customer service. My family and I had been walking around looking for things to buy and once we were done I got into a line. (Mind it was 10:30pm and there was no one else in line.) All of a sudden I hear an irritated voice telling me I was in the wrong line that it was the return line and I needed to get in the purchasing line. This made no sense seeing as there was no one else in line and the other line connected at the end in the same spot as the other line. And when I went to the other line. No one rings us up. Absolutely no one. That lady should seriously get fired. My mom goes on to ask her if anyone is going to attend to us. And she says nothing. Acts as if we don't even exist and so we left. Others also saw that we were there and didn't even try to help us out either. Completely horrible. Avoid this place. read more

Where to begin,...Lazy employees here should be spending some time putting items away instead of just standing around. Obviously no one here managing the place. Clothes are draped over racks worse than any thrift store I've ever seen. The place is too busy and disgustingly dirty with clothes all over the floor and no one putting anything away. This place is a mess! The aisles are also way too narrow, making shopping uncomfortable since you are running into people all the time.... When we managed to find something to purchase under all the trash and filth, the cashier, (associate # 571322 from my reciept) asked my friend if I was his dad...giving my friend plenty of ammo to make fun of me in the future. What makes this woman so sure I was his father, because I'm a few years older than my friend? Why would anyone ask a question like that? It's very rude. Most of the time the employees are rude and seem to hate working there. I only give it a 3 because I always find things I'm looking for and they are a good deal. I looked around and no one was standing or sitting on any furniture.
