Me and…read moremy family are usual shoppers at hobby lobby, We spend quite a bit of money already at this store. Recently we went, the manager and the associate were following my uncle around the store thinking he was stealing when he was literally just waiting around for me, my mom and aunt to be done shopping. We didn't know that they were following him until my mom noticed the associate was staring him down watching his every move when he's literally just standing there looking around.The manager came and apologized to us and was acting like she wasn't just following him around the whole time saying that they watch people close that are around the jewelry section but he wasn't even close around that area, if anything me and my mom were there longer than he was, and they never once looked at me, my mom or aunt like we were thieves. Mind you we didn't even know that THE MANAGER was following him around until he told us in the car. Quite unprofessional on the managers behalf, if you think we're stealing why don't you just look at the millions of cameras you guys have instead of just following your customers around making them feel uncomfortable because you think they're stealing, Clearly you want to chase your customers away.

I'm telling everyone in my family and friends to never do business here. Unprofessional staff (the employee said his name was Luis) and lack of communication! Update: we never got the sofa (ordered it since November). Right now is December 18 and we had to cancel the order because we never got anything. We didn't get a response from the manager either. This furniture place is making us cancel the contract and wait probably more weeks to get our money back.

Today I paid only $2 each for really nice Bic Quick-Dry Gelocity pens that I'd pay a LOT more for anywhere else, and some really nice metal plant stakes for $1 each to hold up my small succulents when then get unhappy and pout by getting bendy from the heat. So for example, last night I spent quite a bit money at Dollar General, and Carlos, THE #1 BEST employees of nearly any store I go to, popped his eyeballs out when I turned the corner and headed towards him with my bright yellow cart not only full, but overflowing with little items trailing me as I struggled to wrangle my way around that tight little corner. He smiles and is sweet to me and helps get things out of my cart and walk around the counter and over and cook his thing at everything is heavy and then helped me out to my car with everything which he has done every time I shop there. I'll note that I'm 75 years old and have injuries on my right side from my neck, completely down my shoulder and my arm and I have carpal to both wrists right now but the right one I can't hardly do anything with and the back injuries prevent me from being able to bend over, so having employees like Carlos and Mark, who are so helpful and kind, will insure I'll be the most loyal customer they will ever have at that store. So I promote Dollar General AND Carlos and Mark on Yelp, on Google, and on the Next-door app as well, and I tell all of my friends about them and encourage them to shop there. If the people who own and manage this little store on 14th in Armona CA, would stop and think about how valuable these employees are, and train the rest their staff to be more like them, they would have so many customers they wouldn't even be able to handle them, and would have to hire more equally and personable people to work there. And so now after that wonderful review here comes that one star part - there are a couple of women who work there (and who were there last night, one them alternately glaring at Carlos and me for joking around while he rang up my purchase), and typical to their behavior whenever I'm there there never smile at me they clear if I ask him a question they snap and answer or point you guys ask them for something at the cash register i'll show you over and show it to me. That's customer service my opinion so I will go to Dollar General no matter what other store opens or re-opens anywhere else here locally, because of the great prices, service, friendliness and kindness that I get there and that's more important than anything else plus less expensive than anywhere else. So four star reviews only because of everybody and Mark are grumpy and rude so that gets one-star knocked out for the prices and the help from those two men four star Unbelievable I can't find anywhere else. I had a bunch of little ones that aren't mine but I borrow them for fun coming to a little swimming get together with me and my senior clubhouse and of course they didn't show up with any beach towels so instead of you to find the next time I bring it over I got size nice little beach towels for three dollars each and then they don't go home with the kiddles, they stay with me for the next time. there's too much for a dollar each. Carlos and Mark are what goes well because they are the best things about the store. They're welcoming and their friendly and they're helpful. Most of the other staff are none of those things.

    I hate to shop here. I used to love Kohls but this location has completely turned me off shopping…read morein store. Everyone that works at the return counter is so nasty with horrible attitudes. They complain about customers inconveniencing them and how much they hate doing Amazon returns or wasting bags wrapping every item for return. It's so unprofessional and disrespectful. After banning myself from this location for a year I decided to go back last week. I was hoping they employed new people but it's still the same people with bad attitudes. The way I see it is that all of that information given to me was irrelevant and uncalled for. None of that matters to me when they take to loading dock or why. All that matters is that I did my return and it would get to where it needs to go. Also never have I did a return where it matters which position I carry my phone for them to scan the QR code and no one's ever made a statement about me needing to lift my phone up and carry it facing forward due to the light glaring off the phone and not being able to scan. Like I said not once ever have we had that issue and maybe she was just lazy and didn't want to twist her hands in a different position because it would be more work for her. All that matters is I was there 15 minutes before store closed and I understand that people want to go home. I have a full time job too I get it. However if you don't want customers there at 15min before store scheduled time then change your store hours to 15 minutes earlier or change the times people can do returns. Either way get some associates who have better customer service and don't act like customers (the reason they have a job) are an inconvenience to them. Now with that being said I usually have a very good experience at this store! Kohls is one of my favorite places to shop and they have great deals, offer coupons that are stackable, usually friendly service and a clean store almost every time I have been there. I love getting Kohls cash and my last visit my $10 Kohls cash was expired by a day and the lady was still able to honor it and it happened to actually be $20 which saved me even more!! The parking lot is clean and I noticed they have way more shopping buggies then they used to have on the store front entrance! Over all this is a great store just forgetting my experience today and I would def. Recommend to anyone who hasn't been there before!

    Purchased a dish washer from them 4 years ago and purchased their "expert" installation. Pulled out the dish washer and confirmed it was leaking, however I discovered something else concerning. The back of the dish washer had melted to a wire to one of the outlets connected to the island creating a fire hazard. Contacted customer support about this negligent install and the potential fire they could have created. No luck the washer is out of warranty, which I understand about the dish washer my gripe was with the install itself and they could have burnt my house down. They still didn't want to take any responsibility so I contacted BBB about this, meanwhile their Executive of Customer Relations contacted me and wanted me to wait a week for her to look into this and get back to me... She calls me today to inform me that they could do nothing because of an earthquake that could of shifted the washer... what a joke.

I don't know if they're looking in the wrong place or why that's happening and they say that they cannot give Store credit they don't do that anymore, which is a full-blown lie. I also noticed they're a little on the lazy side. They don't like to help you when you're in an aisle lifting something heavy they pretend they don't see you and go by quickly and then when you're all done and you don't need help, they ask you if you need help. I think the people that are not giving Store credit are people that are simply too lazy to do the extra typing it takes and I foresee, This particular lowes, a little more "lazy" so when I'm in the area and doing my shopping, Homedepot is where we always migrate too. They will stop to help you immediately not when you're done and they will give you Store credit without blinking with a smile. they recognize you as a valued customer unlike lowes you're not a valued customer you're a troublemaker that's how I feel shopping at Lowe's in Hanford.

I still have not heard back from you, so I will respond here. I do have to disagree with the comments you stated. 1. You stated, "all of our client communication is handled via email, which is outlined in our consignment agreement." The consignment agreement that we have did not state that all communication is handled via email. The agreement itself does not even have an email address on it. We did send you multiple emails though and did not receive one reply from you from those emails as we stated in our original review. 2. You stated, "We provided a free pick-up and transport of your items from Kingsburg as a courtesy and at no cost to you." Yet you charged us almost $700 for pickup and transport of our items. I don't consider that free. 3. You stated, "consign your forklift through our auction -- and after it was already listed and sold -- you chose to sell it independently." When we called you and said that we would like to sell it. You told us there was no problem with us selling it and never said anything about having sold it. Please reply to our emails so we can address these issues and the others we have stated in our multiple emails to you.
