First I have to say we have been frequent shoppers of Target. We use them for most of our weekly grocery purchases. We really enjoyed using the drive up service as we are seniors. But recently on numerous occasions our drive up orders have been missing several items. This has become ridiculous and caused us frustration. Yes, Target gives us a refund but how inconvenient to get home only to not get items you ordered and paid for. We could understand an occasional mistake but this has occurred the last three orders in a row. We are considering doing are weekly shopping with another store. I quite enjoy this target. It's huge and has pretty much anything you might need. Prices are about average. Every time I've visited, it's decently clean and organized. The do often run out of the products I mainly go there for which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. The employees have all seemed kind. One downfall is the place always seems pretty crowded... which I guess is expected. Best bet is to always assume there will be a full parking lot and probably some wait time in line. I really like this huge super duper target but hate their restrooms -1 star .... every time I come here they are a mess (as evidenced by a pic but I didn't get too into details with the pic because it was gross) and I read the sign and informed their customer service dept and nothing further happens. The return policy on this store is very strict. They didn't allow me to return cat & jack clothes for the most part I always have my receipt since I buy with my red card. So even if receipt gets lost, it gets pulled up with my card. Some cat & jack was gifted to my kids in July & when I went to store Nov 29 to return the clothes that I didn't have receipt for , it hasn't even been a year they didn't even allow me to try to scan my ID to show I haven't rerun anything before without receipt. There cat & jack items are supposedly 1 year guarantee, so why give me a problem. & not even try to scan ID. Also there's an Ulta at this location, I figured I can return items I recently bought at a different Ulta & they also don't do exchanges from other Ultas. Which is dumb to me because it's same company. They can pull up with my phone number to show proof of purchase. Now I have to drive around to a real Ulta, to waste time & do the return. read more

I don't think I've ever been this excited over a big box store, but as the name clearly states outside, this is a Super Target. It's the best Target I've ever been to by any measure and one of the few reasons I actually get excited to visit Tulare. There are a number of factors one looks to satisfy in a place like this. They should have what you want at good prices with good service. If one of those is off it could sour the whole experience. I'm happy to say they have far more than I ever imagined a Target could offer and everyone who has helped me on any visit is damn happy to do so. The Ninja Dual 6 qt Air Fryer's box was delivered damaged with holes and tears on all sides and halfway opened on either side, because the tape was not secured. The box looks like it was kicked around a football field. I really believed that Target's quality of service had higher standards than what was just delivered to me from the Tulare, California Fulfillment Center. I dare not open the box, it definitely shows signs of pre-owned and damaged. I have called customer service for a return. I have printed the label and it's ready for rejection. Also, FedEx Delivered the purchase, but I have to go through USPS for the Return. Amazon's or Walmart's returns are sent back, by the carrier (FedEx/UPS) whom delivered. My family and I love target. Several trips a week for all our needs. The one and only complaint I have about this particular target, is it's security. I understand your job and I respect that. But your job is not to make someone that goes several times a week and chooses to spend his money there harassed. You have cameras, use them. I went to this Target this evening and was appalled to see that in a county where Covid-19 cases are spiking, the store was not requiring customers to wear face coverings before they could enter the store. Tulare's Super Target is a pretty solid overall store. I prefer going there over Walmart even if it costs a few dollars more. The full grocery store is pretty well stocked, but, to nitpick the local Smart And Final has a vastly superior produce selection. I do enjoy the convenience, however, of getting most everything I need in one location. Also....their online ordering for pickup seems to be quite efficient and a nice time saver. read more

The girl with the green hair is a snarky little thing. She was at the self checkout and she was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I were a child. She should not be dealing with customers at all. If I really didn't need the items I went in for I would have just walked out and gone elsewhere. The only reason I didnt tell her off was because I wasn't going to make a scene in front of the other customers but come next time she better not mess with me. All of my meandering years of wandering Earth has now paid off because I found the one. I have lived and visited many Targets throughout the entirety of California, and this is the absolutely biggest Target I have ever been to. It was big, it was clean, it was fresh, and the carts glided on the floors with cup holders in tow. I'm surprised they didn't have butlers tending to our every need. This Target included what seems to be a nearly full grocery section on top of their normal wares. They also had a CVS that is in the middle of a store. A Target that became so big it swallowed another one. Aisles were large, spacious, and you can wander down them for days. The stores in Porterville or Visalia don't even compare. Sorry for those that actually live in this area, but if you needed a reason to visit the middle of nowhere California, this is it. I figured the door was only an out due to COVID but when I went to leave on the side that I parked on, I was denied exit. However the employees were going in and out that way. This morning I had an early birthday party to attend. I was trying to figure out the easiest and quickest way to pick up two gifts in the morning with my two children in toe. The night before I discovered I could order and pay for what I wanted online. This morning I quickly ran into the store and picked up my purchases from guest services. This is a fantastic service! I would think that if it sells it means customers want it and thus I would restock it. That seems to be absent at this establishment. Organic kale in bunches or pre packaged is no longer available although it flies off the shelves faster than non organic kale. Stevia made lemonade used to be available in large amounts and it would always sell out. Now, only two bottle available and instead a whole wall of orange juice that no one is buying. If they were, you would be out by the end of the day. Instead you keep pushing products that give you a better bottom line but that you have to push people to buy. I'm very disappointed in this target store. Most of the shelves remain half full and perhaps that's a vicious cycle you have fallen into due to bad management. Less and less people will buy food there because every time I go less and less fresh products are available. It is a shame. 30 registers to check out yet only 2 open at any given time. Usually when I go the staff is very friendly but on oct 14 2021 at around 8pm When I ordered I accidentally said tall for an order but immediately corrected my self to grande and I saw her switch the cup well when my order came out to 18.10 for 3 grande and 1 venti which was the price that came out in the app when I checked before I went there cause my friends and I were all paying but i was the one picking them up so we wanted the total in advance but then I got 2 tall 1 venti and one grande and when I asked they said I ordered tall and repeatedly kept yelling it to my face after a while she aggressively grabbed the two drinks and poured them out the sink and started whispering to her co worker then she changed her attitude and said She wasn't going to be charging me the extra this time for my mistake I told her to charge me but she refused knowing damn well she charged me for 3 grande and 1 venti to begin with and she messed up the order I just don't think it's right that despite me being nice through this whole encounter and apologizing for the miscommunication she was very rude and still couldn't admit to her mistake and acted as if she was being nice enough and not charging me the extra amount when she had charged me for the right order the whole time read more
