Horrible service this employee was really rude had her headphones on and I was trying to get her attention. Luckily there was another young lady who was able to assist me with looking for something. I've been here so many times I figured it deserves a review. The store is usually always messy and they run pretty low on specific items but I always seem to find something here. The line is insanely long all day long. If you come around Christmas you better expect to wait 40 minutes at least! The crew is usually pretty cool but today I found my favorite person: her name is Francis and she's in the dressing rooms. She's so sweet, kind, and helpful. This store is okay.. had what I was looking for except shoes, they didn't really have many shoes.

Been to this location several times and honestly the selection doesn't impress me. By the time the first of the month or a holiday comes, everything decent is already picked over. I was lucky to find an item in the undergarment area (a women's slip) that I have not been able to find in other Ross stores in and around Houston. I guess this area of town believes that slips are passe and panty lines are nouveau?! PSA: Some things need to be left to the imagination :P read more

I frequent Ross stores because they are a fun to shop most times. This particular location was no where as organized as others I have been too. However, did have what I was looking for, and in my size, so that was a huge plus. I also picked up a few refrigerator bins to bring a little more order to my fridge. They were much cheaper than i had seen them at other places. read more
