An employee disregarded my parental instructions and pressured my daughter to try on inappropriate clothing sizes while making hurtful comments regarding her body image, specifically telling her she needed to "lose 15 pounds." Furthermore, staff provided age-inappropriate clothing to an 8-year-old child in our group and encouraged her to model it in front of adult male spectators. This occurred despite my specific instructions to the contrary. When a male adult was asked to leave, employees instead encouraged his presence, creating a highly inappropriate and unsafe environment for minors. As a registered nurse specializing in pediatric emergency psychiatric trauma, I recognize these actions as psychological harassment. This experience triggered a severe anxiety attack for my daughter and has resulted in ongoing depression and social isolation. The interaction occurred in a co-ed dressing area where staff actively encouraged male patrons in their 40s who were not purchasing items to observe, compromising my children's safety and privacy. I have recorded evidence of these interactions and will act accordingly depending on your response with this information and willing to assist amicably. However, I have a duty to the public and act and respond like a prudent and competent nurse. It's an easy thing for me to address but understand the company would never support those employees choosing to represent crimes against children and respected professionals. I am requesting a formal review of this incident and a prompt explanation of the corrective actions being taken. Where do I even begin? This place is so poorly managed and staffed with completely incompetent people. I came here to return an item I ordered online- something that should've been super simple and straight forward. But apparently, the tag on the product "wasn't in their system" bc it's still "too new." (whatever that means and what a lame excuse and that is none of my concern) and instead of actually helping me, they were pushing the inconvenience onto me bc their barcode system failed telling ME that I should return via online! Uhh.. excuse you, if i wanted to do it online I would not have wasted my time and gas driving here in the first place to do it in person. If I wanted to return it online, I would've done that in the first place. I came in specifically to handle it in person, to get my refund quickly and avoid the hassle. Yet, they showed zero initiative, no effort to look up the item, no call to the company, nothing. Only after I insisted expressing my frustration for being inconvenienced due to technical issue on THEIR end and stood my ground did they finally start making calls and figuring things out. There are several place I go typically for workout wear and I remember coming to this location for a special preopening event when they 1st came to City Centre. They gave us a private day to shop if you were a Lifetime Fitness instructor.( I taught cycling classes) The service was incredible and the selection was equally good. All instructors went home with a pair of $70 leggings and could buy more things if wanted. Ever since then have been a fan .Their sale rack often has some cute discounted items and the service is often very good. Parking can be a bit challenging but they have a parking garage within walking distance . read more

We told her the situation and she made a couple of recommendations. Was able to try the items on and exchange the items that I needed in a few minutes. Dressing rooms are nice and clean. I've been a long time Lululemon fan. The company has had their down moments with quality control and PR issues. But overall, I think they do a good job trying to connect with the community that their stores are located in. They provide free events (run, yoga, etc) at their store locations and hold race events. I remember the Lululemon Half Marathon held in Vancouver. Those were so popular, the event tickets sold out in less than half an hour. A lot of participants were out-of-towners. The Lululemon San Diego 10K occurred in November 2019. Then COVID (almost) shut down the entire world in 2020. Now that COVID is under manageable situations, Lululemon has resumed their sponsored races (just the 10K, haven't heard anything about the half marathon yet). For 2022, the race events are held in Atlanta, Georgia and Houston, Texas. They provide hydration throughout the race route and food at the end. It seems like this year's theme is fried food (doughnuts in Atlanta and churros in Houston), free popsicles at the Atlanta event & free beer for the Houston event, free Olipop sodas, and free Box waters. And at the end of the last session of free yoga stretch, the yoga participants can take home the yoga mat they worked out on. They also have a pop-up store where you can purchase event-specific items (plus other add-ons from their store). Overall, I give them two thumbs up. Also, I have to give a shout-out to Ty and the Lululemon staff at the Houston location. They were very helpful in locating and finding a top that was in the store but doesn't show up on the website. Similar experience with the woman who helped me check out at the pop-up store. I can't wait for them to announce the 2023 races. read more

We all know lululemon prices are not cheap. Some would say overpriced. That can be said for a lot of things For me, I don't buy lululemon apparel but I don't mind getting them as gift. One time, my wife bought me a lululemon polo shirt and the security tag was still there. I went to different stores that were more convenient in term of parking (not a big fan of City Centre parking) but they couldn't get the tag out. That was why I visited this location. When I walked in I was asked by a friendly salesperson whether I need any assistance. I told her about the tag and she immediately led me to the register. She quickly took the tag off, fold my shirt, and put in a bag for me. I was impressed with the service. From that experience, I give this lululemon four stars. If they have more sales I'll probably get more of their clothing from my wife. read more

I literally shop in the raggiest clothes (more in line with comfy home clothes but not so upscale compared to the rest of the shoppers who shop this location) and I always feel like I am judging myself more than the employees are. I certainly get more stares from the customers there than employees. So far I've always had a good experience here. Employees are always helpful. I always buy at least $200 worth of clothes because they are genuinely good quality and mostly buy regular priced stuff because their sale section is pretty much non existent. I can't find long durable (as in machine washable) work pants anywhere but here (how odd is that!?!) . All my pants from this store still look new. Lululemon is something I've been wanting to scope out for a while, but I have also feared that it is another pricey trend among the working (out) girls. Certainly, their prices are very intimdating online. Maybe different from Nike, Adidas, and some other sportswear manufacturers, Lululemon seems to have a slightly girlier look to it. Even the logo is more feminine! So what's the store like? The City Centre store is what you'd expect -- a beautiful storeroom of their greatest pants, including the ones that aren't sheer down the backside. Joke. The women who work there are truly work out buffs, and they look so beautiful. I didn't see an ugly person who worked there. In the store, they cover a handful of sportswear needs: yoga, running, cycling, and cardio class wear. (Maybe this is evidenced by their website.) They do keep a sale rack which appears to contain things that are online. So, they probably take online returns. They also have a small section for menswear. The Accessories section is basic but covers your essentials. (I fell in love with the microfiber towels...) I think other than style, what sets Lululemon apart is the knowledgeable and friendly workforce. The girls I talked to were telling me their workout alternatives while recovering from similar injuries, how to stretch out my tendonitis injury, the fact that they have free yoga at 11am on Sundays... FUN FACT: They offer free hemming on pants with a simple hemline (not drawstring or gathered bottoms.) #petites-win BATHROOM REVIEW: Gorgeous, spacious. You could change and shower in this space, although they have changing rooms. The bathroom had space to set down your purse on a nice table. Also, it had soap AND lotion. :) read more

Me and my girlfriend started wearing lululemon more often as we transition into more respectable clothing. We love lululemon so spending money there is literally not a problem, until we shopped at this lululemon store. We walked in because my girlfriend wanted something she saw online and this was the closest lululemon to us. We walked in doing our business there and I happen to stumble upon this nice print 11' shorts. I normally wear the 9' short, but lululemon does altering for free. I asked them if they can make my shorts the 9' shorts and MOVE THE EMBLEM to the spot it is normally in for the 9 incher and the person said yes and even wrote it on the note! A week later we arrive back to pick up my shorts and I was EXTREMELY dissappointed. The sewing was off and falling apart and the emblem was not moved. What is the point of buying lululemons if it looks fake? I asked a different person why did it come out like that and she was confused herself. So she went to go speak with her "manager" and he said that the person who does the altering does not do that. So I told them I don't want it anymore because I was over promised and under delievered. I asked for a refund and the "manager" said I could not get refunded and my options were to either get something else and pay the difference or to recieve in store credit. Now it wasn't the fact that he couldn't refunded it, it was the way this "manager" handled me. No respect to me and my girlfriend and did not give a single crap about our business. He had no urgency and just wanted us out of the store immediately. He was not cooperating at all and everyone there were snobby and started acting like we were annoying so they avoided us and threw the "manager" to take care of us. It is a shame that we experienced this at a shop we love and know that we will no longer shop at that location as it is filled with workers who literally don't care about customer service. read more

I took them to this location because Lulu's warranty is supposed to be great. I went in with a item NWT purchased online and order confirmation email. She said I have to show her the credit card statement with the purchase otherwise it will be a store credit. I was like what? No one ever asks for that! She said it is because on the order confirmation the credit card used was not listed. But I have order number shouldn't your system be able to just figure that out? And what about the other many times I returned with no issues! Really feel like to me she just wants to boost the sale number by not giving money back but store credit. I am usually quite the fan of Lululemon. I love their products and have referred many of my friends to use their products. As such, this review is not intended for their products but for the associates particularly at this store. After receiving a Christmas gift for a pair of workout shorts, I intended to switch them out with the highly sought after 4-way shorts. I initially thought I could find my way and get the shorts I was looking for without any help, but after looking through a pile of shorts, I couldn't find them. I went up to the associate at the register and asked her if a pair of shorts I had in my hand were the 4 way shorts. She replied, "I don't know, but someone in the back should be able to tell you." Granted the store wasn't busy and she could have easily taken the time to show me where they were. Once I went back to the back of the store, the associate in the back basically just told me they only make 4 ways in solids. Now, I know online and rarely they do have patterns. However, it made me feel like she didn't want to take the time to see if they did. After all that, I decided just to return the shorts for a gift card. Back to original associate. Again, she was rude and appeared annoyed to help me. Sorry, Lululemon...I really do enjoy your products...but I will no longer give this store my business. I've been to every lululemon in Houston and without a doubt, this is my favorite location. I'm not really sure why there's so many reviews stating their service sucks, but I had a great shopping experience here. It's definitely not as busy as the one in the galleria but it is just as big if not bigger. Came earlier today to make an exchange on a jacket my sister got me as a gift and they were extremely, extremely helpful. I'm pretty sure every single employee was helping me find things at one point. Most notably Elizabeth, who was insightful about the different materials and giving me her honest opinion on piece. The store is well kept and clean. Good amount of inventory and everything just kind of flows. I don't feel as confined as I do at the Galleria location which is nice, should the store get busy busy. They've also hemmed a pair of my WunderUnder tights and they did a fantastic job on those! I don't particularly LOVE coming to City Centre as there's not really much to do here or stores to shop at, but if I need to just pick up something from Lulu, this is my go to. read more

But I also realize a logo doesn't make you a yogi or fitness expert. Maybe all my sizes were hiding in the back? They do not have variety of size and tights at this store, if you are wearing the smallest size like me, you will have a hard time to find your clothes. Moreover, I've been here more than 4 times and every time, sale attendances seem to ignore me .... but they are very nice with others. And by others, I meant non-Asian customers. I don't know the reason behind this but the only person who was nice with me was the lady in charge of the fitting room. For the rest, it was a night mare experience for me, especially if I wanted to return something. For the record, Lululemon did have issue with tight's sheerness and that was why I came to return my order, and it seemed like these people at the store did not understand that ... weird!!!??? On top of that, there was one time, when I was waiting for my stuff to scan so I can pay and get the hell out of there, the lady behind the counter kept talking to a customer besides me. This place needs to hire employees with BRAINS not just legs that fit into their leggings. I purchased a pair of Wunder under hr 25 inch inseam without even trying them on. The cashier looked at it and told me all about those pants that I already knew. When I tried them on they didn't feel like my old pairs so I went to the heights location to get them hemmed. There they told me those pants were not the same as what's on the tag! And they couldn't exchange for me because it would mess up their inventory. So I drove 20 more miles back to this location to exchange for the right pair. And they don't have it... These employees need to pay attention to what they're doing and less chatting with each other.
