Others, not so much. I work in Jeff City and wanted to find someone to cut my hairs and wax my brows. By luck, I got Liz because I had asked for a Master Stylist. She's a very unique looking girl, with super cool hair, a friendly demeanor and knows how to give a great shampoo. The last time I was there, I brought my two young granddaughters for a cut and shampoo and the two ladies that helped them were outstanding. They treated my grand kids with respect and kindness, so unlike other places. Btw, if you need or want someone who speaks Spanish, Miss Maricela is bilingual. Enjoy!

The only reason the promised land doesn't get 5 stars in the lack-luster grocery section. I always loved going to Target for groceries in other places, I wish this one had a bigger selection that didn't force me to go to Walmart or one of the over-priced grocery stores that I can't use my Redcard at. I can do the tech but I'm sure the owners of Walmart are not going broke and are quite capable of hiring and scheduling cashiers. I am also confident that any savings they make on wages go right into corporate profits and pockets. They are not doing this to make things cheaper for customers, although I'm positive that is the story they tell to justify the self-checkout lanes. The more the self-checkout trend grows, if it does, the fewer people there will be who will have that paycheck to spend. I have also heard they lose more money at some of the stores than they paid out in wages because the "attendants" can't watch everyone, and a lot of unpaid merchandise walks out the doors. I only shop at Walmart if I'm desperate already, and now I know not to go there at night if I don't want to compromise my principles.
