Terrible service. During this time last year, the asm with red hair and older guy as the store manager were the best thing. They ran that store and made it easy to shop. It's so filthy now that I feel like I need a shower just driving by the doors anymore. This location has went too far down and their management is becoming unbelievable anymore. Even their employees seem just depressed now. If Ross wants to continue to thrive, better be better than Bealls and TJMaxx cause they're doing so much better. Ross Dress for Less - Women's Clothing Near Me - Millington, Tennessee

I never shopped at a Ross until the location in Millington, Tennessee opened. Over the past few months I've made a few purchases with fragrances, work attire and home decor. It wasn't until I went on the hunt for a formal dress for my daughter's winter dance that I fell in love with this place. Within a 24 hour period in December. I was told I needed to purchase three dresses for a middle school winter dance and a formal dress for my oldest daughter's who had been selected for basketball homecoming court. I bought the 4 dresses I needed that were top notch and perfect for the occasions. I ended up paying roughly $14-$18 a piece. The original tags listed on the dresses were marked up to 4X more than what I paid! I saved sooooooooo much money! When you add it up shoes and accessories, I only spent $102!!!!!! I was soooo happy that they loved their dresses and I saved a ton of dough. My oldest daughter ended up wearing one the dresses in a pageant 2 months later. Took away a star because I wasn't a fan of a return/exchange I tried to make on an item not mention above. I highly recommend for the Momma's out there with a budget! I went shopping here Sunday. I bought ceramic and glass decor.. Cashier hands me my bags after checking out and I noticed that the she didn't wrap or separate any of the decor. So I pull everything out of the bag and basically she just piled everything in one bag. The ceramic candles and the gold elephant all in one bag! The ceramic bottle of the candle holder chipped the paint of the elephant and scratched it up! I went back to the checkout and asked for a manager, who I don't believe was a manager at all tells me she can only take off $1! That was terrible service. Really need to train their employees and so called managers. I buy something as a gift only to get it damaged by an employee and all you can do it take of $1, that's bad business. read more

This Ross has the most friendly people! The selection isn't always huge; however, if you have time and can check back, you can usually find what you need. I keep going back because it's so pleasant to shop there! read more

I love this Ross, only one concern: there is not a large selection of women clothing (tops are plentiful but dresses, skirts and shoes, not so much). The store is clean and staff friendly. I love buying my bath soap there. Looking forward to holiday shopping and hoping the selections will increase. read more

So i waited, waited, waited for months for the Ross to open. I love Ross from Georgia to Tennessee i have shopped them all. So finally a store opens in my city and im highly disappointed. The store is clean but im not impressed with the selection of clothing and shoes f the other Ross stores in the Memphis area is better. First time I buy an outfit for my daughter and the sales clerk leaves the hard tag on it. I call the store told the M.O.D she acted as if i did something wrong by calling and stating my issues. So I HAD to go back to the store to remove a hard tag that should have sounded off when i left the store. of course I visit the store again no problems but today I visited ok i love Ross so i will go back. So im shopping got a few items and i get to the register and the register doesnt take checks. The M.O.D tried several registers What! Really this is a NEW store!!! Shame on you Ross , again M.O.D acts ifs no big deal to but neither one took a check. I was asked to use an alternate payment. Glad I did have an alternate payment available but your not serving your customers ALL payment methods should be accepted. Do better ROSS. And im not a debbie downer I tell everyone to visit Ross seriously so not to take care of a valued customer is disheartening. read more

This is in a great location and is kept clean and very organized. I shop here frequently and am always bragging on this store. I'm super excited I no longer have to drive all the way to Memphis. This is one of the best Ross stores I have ever been too. Keep up the great work! read more
