What a great store this has become over the last couple of years. It became under new management and it has made a big difference. The young man that is the manager there is friendly. The cashiers are also nice and helpful. I never see a mess like I have seen in the stores in Birmingham. I have personally seen the manager working and keeping the towels and bedding neat. He always greets me with a smile. It's a pleasure to shop at Ross in Oxford Exchange. read more

We actually came into this location looking for something specific, a mirror. We were having a nearly impossible time finding the right size, shape, color, etc. They all had the right reflection % :) .... but we just couldn't find the right one. Anyway, we swung in here real quick, since we were in the area, to see if they had anything that fit the bill. Unfortunately they didn't! We did wander around and look at other stuff while we were here. They were for all practical purposes a pretty regular Ross Dress for Less. They had all of the standard clothing assortments for men, women and kids as well as some home décor (and some mirrors) some random accessories related to working out, as well as hats, belts, and the sorts. The store was relatively organized and neat, just really didn't have anything that caught our attention. Absolutely nothing wrong with this location, just not really any wow factor either. If we were already in the area we would shop here again, probably wouldn't go out of our way though. read more

I cannot believe the reviews. I go to this Ross regularly. The staff are busy but kind. They helped me a number of times putting large items in my car. The aisles are open and most everything has easy access. Be kinder in reviews unless you have had definite reason. Ross cannot guarantee they will have your style or size and complaining during the holiday is ridiculous. I have been in some Ross stores you could not even get down the aisles with a cart. read more

I was there today Dec 7th and I was there last week, The store needs a full cleaning. I have been to secondhand stores like Goodwill or the Salvation Army that was cleaner and better organized than this store in Oxford, AL. The Gadston store is always need and clean, I'm not sure what's wrong with this store. Maybe the main office can look into this. read more

I usually love to shop at Ross stores but the employees at this store are so rude - not just unfriendly but RUDE. Every time I shop at this store the checkout cashiers have terrible customer service skills and sour attitudes. There was a teenage boy working at the dressing room a couple weeks ago that was polite. The dress selection at this store is good which is the only reason I go back occasionally. The shoe selection at this store is not good. You can find some good deals here but just don't expect good customer service. read more
