Trish in the jewelry department needs to change her attitude and learn how to do her job! I have worked in retail for over 20 years mostly in the jewelry field, there is an appropriate way to treat a customer, she was very rude to me because she did not like the way I conversed with another customer about some jewelry pieces. She complained to her Store Manager, which escalated to her Store Manager going to my job and threatening that she was going to "ban" me from the store and accused me of "soliciting" to my boss! this Store manager should have gotten all the facts before going half cocked. This store has lost my jewelry business and I returned the over $5000 ring I had purchased a few weeks prior. Shame on you!! read more

I have shopped at Penney's (not just this location) for many years. I am shocked at how the prices at Penney's have sky-rocketed! I was looking for an everyday item on their website and the cost was over a hundred dollars - an item Walmart charges less than twenty dollars for. Also, I was looking for a jewelry box there, after Christmas, and the prices were staggering. A jewelry chest that is typically a couple hundred dollars was over NINE HUNDRED. And, I am dismayed to find they are now charging a shipping cost for items you order online and pick up at the store. Not too cool because it takes FOREVER to get ordered items that used to take a couple of days. Even with their discounts and coupons, most items are 'way over-priced. Disgusted.... read more

I don't know if it was a computer glitch or an employee doing it but my order was cancelled because I didn't pick up my items in time. That would be fine but they cancelled it two days before the deadline. I'm never buying anything from JCPenney ever again. read more
