Omg ! I would be broke if I lived here based ob todays findings. Brands like Calvin Klein on clearance . organized, not over packed with people nor products. Not the friendliest bunch unless you speak first. Customers very nice. Wouldve been 5 stars if staff was more friendly read more

Oh Ross, how I love thee. You have bestowed upon me so many of my favorite articles of clothing. Yet there are so many commandments to observe whilst basking in your glory. As follows: 1. Thou shalt NOT enter into Ross with an agenda more specific than "Shirt" or "Dress". 2. Thou shalt not have any time expectations placed on your visit. Thou shalt dig and dig, heaping items within a size in either direction of your "normal size" into your arms or cart, prepared to spend quality time with the dressing room. 3. THOU SHALT TRY EVERYTHING ON. 4. Thou shalt not expect standardized sizing. Thou shalt be willing to try on garments that look like they will fit with little regard to the letter/number on the tag. 5. Thou shalt attempt to not be offended when asked to hang all of your items on the rack outside the dressing room, for Ross shall treat all as potential criminals. 8 items or less, my children. 6. Thou shalt thoroughly inspect all items of clothing before purchase for quality, rips, stains, tears, holes, etc. 7. Thou shalt expect to try on many, many pieces, yet come away with 1-3 true gems. Thus is the nature of the Ross. 8. Thou shalt expect a mild bout with Tennis Elbow the next day from lugging around such a huge heap of potential glory, but shall be comforted in your beautiful finds. 9. Thou shalt fear not the furniture with a small nick or scratch, for if thou pointest it out at the register, thou shalt receive a 10% discount. 10. Thou shalt be kind to Ross employees, for I imagine that the job of maintaining that store is not a pleasant one. p.s. Alright, Ross, you are very messy and crowded, I don't like coming here for the simple reason of the place being unclean and unfriendly, and how the lines are always super long--the clothes aren't even that cute, and if I'm lucky, I just might find one dress out of the bunch that I like, so making poems about Ross is just super cheesy and uncalled for. But whatever, it's your opinions on Ross so I'm going to hold mines just as you hold yours. This just isn't that grand of a place to come to, people always tend to get in my way and I have to elbow them to make them move out of my way. Then people follow you around the store and make you feel uncomfortable, I just think that Ross could be a little more organized, especially in the beauty department, they could clean it up a little more and make it more neater looking so you can actually find something that you like. I've bought shoes, dresses, lotions and other things from Ross before, but I'm not impressed with the setup of Ross, they need more workers in the store, more registers for faster checkout and return time. There has to be more done to Ross than it being messy and slow paced. The dresses should be separated so you won't have to dig through them as hard just to look for something you like. You waste more time like that just looking through a pile of clothes, that's like going into your child's or teenagers room and seeing they have a huge mess on the floor and they can't find their pair of jeans because it's so messy! So beware that Ross can tend to be a little on the unclean side, so don't expect it to look like a Kohls or a JcPenny. Okay, so I forgot to mention that I can find some pretty decent deals here, I don't know if I said that or not. I agree that Ross is totally inexpensive to moderate to when it comes to certain items, especially purses that are deemed name-brand. I just don't think this store is 3-star worthy, I feel it's more of a two or one-star worthy. So I'm going to be kind and keep it at two stars. read more
