Last week on a Tues, from 4 to about 5p, I went to the fitting room with a couple dresses. I didn't catch the worker's name (middle aged hispanic looking lady) who helped me. But of course she mentioned to put the dresses up on the rack. It was a combination of the way she told me and your store's system that made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like I was going through security, lol. I'm just there to shop for clothes. And then, after that she asked me to return my cart to the back of the line, which I did. When I got back, I waited for her but then she abruptly said that the number is attached to the clothes. Talk about poor customer service You know, a lot of us just want to have a semi pleasant experience when shopping at least. There are many other stores we could go to. Anyway, though I won't be returning (I'm always in the area and love to shop!) I felt it was necessary for others to see my review. You should really change your system. read more

The service at this location has been the far worst service i have ever had at Ross. When I tried asking the employee where they kept the socks for boys I was given attitude and it was accompanied by the worst directions ever. This store is always a complete disaster, between the customer service and the mess of items it's an absolute nightmare. To add to the list, I've shopped here several times ( it's the closest to my house) and the other day I got home and realized 2 items of mine was missing. I drove all the way back to the store and the manager on duty said she " checked the cameras" and the items were placed in my bag. If that was the case I would have had all my items but just 2 items were missing. No refund or replacement was offered and she just walked away. Went to Ross got two items and checked out. While standing in line I watched security as he marked receipts of those that were leaving the store. As I'm going to the door after checking out security asked to see receipt then asked to look in the check out bag of the items I just paid for. I don't carry a purse, I opened the bag. He didn't ask anyone else to open their bag. He was Hispanic and so was the customers that he had checked their receipts. I walked outside, paused for a minute went right back into the store and returned the items and took my business elsewhere. What's good for one is good for all. I used to love shopping here but they gotten so strict with the return policy they basically at the end of the day don't do returns or exchanges. I've lost so much money on broken or unusable items that they won't take back or even give me a store credit for. It's always a new excuse. Sometimes they say they can't look up my purchase when I night it with a card, sometimes they call it a seasonal item and won't give me a store credit even with a Ross price tag and bar code. So be really careful what you buy here because if it's not straight out within 14 days and you lose the receipt they won't do jack to help you out, not even a store credit. So I just buy way less stuff here now. read more

Kind of ghetto.. they have a guard with her bulletproof vest, which doesn't exactly give us all warm fuzzies. This Ross is located in the same shopping center as Petco and Vons. We visited this Ross and as usual, it was packed. There are always security guards posted at the door. We only needed a couple of dresses for an upcoming event. The store was organized and made it easy for us to find what we were looking for. While in the dresses area we met Ashley, a store employee, and talked with her. She was putting away clothes but asked if we needed help finding anything. She was very nice and friendly. The entire process was smooth on the day that we went. We went to the dressing room to try on about five dresses but ended up keeping two. The dressing room clerk was nice. When we went to check out, the line was long but there were enough cashiers at the registers that the line was moving pretty fast. Marisol was our cashier and she was kind and professional. This store is such a bargain store I'm surprised it's not more popular. Sometimes you really have to look through things to find what you're looking for but on this day, everything just seemed to fall into place. I recommend this Ross location because it's worth a trip. I normally don't come to this Ross because it's always terribly messy and unorganized and, yes, I understand it's a Ross. I love the fact that I can find great items at wonderful pricing, but this location has terrible customer service and lazy associates. I found two wonderful barstools at a great price but what I didn't find was any available associates willing to help carry or load them into my vehicle. The carts don't go outside (understandably), and instead of offering to help I was told to carry one by myself and to pull my car up and I can load the other one after. Not once did the (not so) gentleman offer to help. Don't come to this location if you are looking to purchase oversized items and definitely don't send your mother or grandma here if you love them. read more

By far the worst Ross in the high desert. Cashiers are rude and slow. The last 3 times I've attempted buying something at this location I had to end up leaving because I spent my entire break or lunch in line. I should be able to run in grab an item and checkout within 10 or 15 minutes. Spending 30 minutes in line is ridiculous!!! And the cashiers show literally no effort to move a little faster and get customers out quicker. Was there today spent 19 minutes in line and the 2 cashiers got a whole 3 customers checked out in that time. ridiculous! Put some effort into your damn job! read more

I visited this store Today 1/4/19 and i went into the Ladies Dressing room and upon immediately entering it i had to hold my Breathe and my nose while trying on a pair of pants and immediately i run out of there asking for a Manager it Smelled Horriable like a Porta Potty Reaking of Urine...I came out asking for the Manager who was unavailable upon reaching the cashiers i asked for her again and was told she unavailable and before leaving the store i told the cashier to tell her ill be doing a review on the store and calling corparate tomorrow and i won't be come back there ..the Manager Needs to be reprimanded this is a Business where customers come to shop and i shouldn't have to be subject to this type of uncleanliness Filthyness n a Dressing Room.. I swear to God though, every single employee, except the security guards, all will have a hatred for your existence. All cashiers do not greet you and act like they are on their 48th hour of their shift. It's not the store or not always the customer that set this ambiance, it has always been the employees! It's kind of funny and actually quite ridiculous. EVERY TIME lol. (Also, there has been many robberies in their parking lot. Giving a 5 star review simply for my experience with a Ross over the years. This Is a store where one can get expensive designer and name brand clothes for a great price. I've bought countless pairs of shoes here including high end Nike's like Jordan's and lebron. I've even bought some quality fitness equipment here for very cheap. They have housewares and many other things. You can get a good amount here for cheap and that is great for those on a budget. Sometimes lines can be long but service is usually efficient. This is the best Ross store in the area. There are 3 of them up here. read more

The store is kind of ghetto, but they actually have some good items to offer at an inexpensive price. Despite this, shopping there is sometimes an irritating experience. I noticed two tall, lanky German brats about 16-18 year of age shopping there. I had to do a lot of shopping so I was there for a couple of hours. i kept wondering why they just stayed in the same spot. It hit me that they were secret shoppers. They were speaking in German. I have a German background. The things they were saying were very disrespectful and insolent towards many customers. Someone who keeps people safe is supposed to be trained to spot sociopaths; the security guard just stood there and did nothing. It is essential that they are terminated. read more

I just left that store and the cashier Alena was so rude! She didn't smile, she didn't bag my items right. She rolled up my clothes and just threw them in the bag, when I was done she didn't say thank you have a nice day like other chaises do, she just walked away from the register and it wasn't only done to me it was also done to the lady in front of me. Not very clean, more rather messy. Aisle are too small, can only fit one basket in an aisle, or no basket because too many people try cramming in one aisle. Good deals, but too messy and the lines to check out are always long....you can easily spend 15 or mins alone standing in line to check out. The employees working the cash register are pretty slow. Hands down this store is great! Selection is good. Staff is friendly. Most Ross stores are pretty messy and upside down I have to say this one is actually pretty tidy!
