He continued to talk with the other employee. I felt so bad for this lady. After quite some time and when Joshua was good and ready he pointed his finger at her and asked what she wanted. After showing ID and leaving the store to the parking lot, I realized the items were not what I ordered. I quickly returned to the store to get the correct items. I also gave them a $19 tip for any issues they may run into, but they still left the flower arrangement on the porch in 80 degree weather instead of handing them to my elderly Mom. I've attached a photo of what they advertised, and a photo of what my Mom received. Definitely NOT what was advertised, in the size alone, let alone the flowers themselves. It's already hard enough trying to buy nice flowers online. This company failed me, and my trust of online ordering anymore. Back in the day, you could order flowers online anywhere and the bouquets they delivered were stunning. Now a day, people just don't care anymore about good customer service, and actually trying to make their customers happy with a good product. Regardless if the company replies to this review or not, this is the taste they left in my mouth that day. Hopefully they will be better for others in the future.
