Since they would not help me in any way I was doing all I could do and making payments and they turned it over to collections. Have put in an appeal with the collections agency that it should not be report credit bureau as I was trying to pay the account. Haven't heard the response to this yet So definitely beware of this company.

I chipped my front tooth today and called to schedule for an emergency appointment to get it fixed,…read morewhen I called to make the appointment I specifically asked to have an emergency appointment not a new patient exam, and double checked that that's why I am scheduling, because I have a broken front tooth. then when I drove 1 1/2 hours to the office, they had me scheduled me as a new patient exam and told me that they don't have time for me. so I left with my chipped front tooth and half empty gas tank. I will never even try to come back to an aspen dental.

Dr. Kershner is very knowledgeable and has a very calming aura. She gave me options and great explanations of what I needed done, so I could make a good choice of my treatment plan.
