I once even just spoke with the office over the phone and mentioned in conversation that I didn't particularly like the blinds for the sliding glass door. They took it upon themselves to order me brand new and MUCH better blinds off amazon and installed them while I was on vacation! They genuinely care about their tenants. That has been my experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, family friendly and convenient place to live in the perrysburg area!
