I just became another customer. AND they asked for address 3 times. AND my bank routing number and checking...which was a foolish thingto do. Because then they put some mystery charges on there. Went I went back to STC to cancel my membership, I brought this up... The store manager gave me an 888 number told me to call and said they don't handle the 3rd party charges.... Oh boy was I wrong, so the lady was really nice and she just overall was really great maybe not her ears because she gave me nothing I asked for. To start this of I asked for a balayage and highlights, a touch up on my roots and for a trim OF THE BOTTOM OF MY HAIR. She gave me super dull blonde highlights when I asked for a light blonde. She cut way more then I asked and cut the front of my hair (I have longer bangs like curtain bangs) and the cut the top of them TO THE ROOT causing them to grow out as bangs. The worst part is she FRIED my hair. I thought my hair was dry, I gave it about a month and a half but nope! its super friend and gummy at the ends. I DON'T RECOMMEND!!
