The fitters well where do I start. They come to fit the carpets and decide they are not doing it because furniture needed moving. Walking out saying you need to rebook and pay an extra £60 for us to move the furniture. Also telling other contractors how to do their job?? They were promptly told don't worry about my job and don't tell me how to do my job concentrate on your own. Seems the fitters had problems with females Use these at your own risk.

It seemed wrong to just throw the old one away and i didn't need two lights anyway so I decided to pop into Warmeads, whom I have always found helpful, and see if they could sort the problem for me. Straight away the young man on the sales counter examined the light, got out a screwdriver, tested first the fuse then the bulb. It was the bulb. He got me a new bulb screwed it all back together and there it was: good as new in five minutes. The cost? Only £2.26p. I do not know the young mans' name but I know that he could not have been more helpful so, Thank you, Warmeads.

We were not greeted by any of the 3 women supposedly serving. 1 stood behind the counter (leaning), 1 in front and 1 sitting. Not a word to us. They were busy talking with each other. We spent 10 minutes looking around, looked at them - did they look back? No. Found a lamp we liked (we would have bought 4 - not a word or look from the staff).
