I had the beef tail, which was one of the most delicious oxtail stews I've ever had. Full of depth and flavor, the oxtail sits in a delectable gravy which you'll be able to sop up with some bread. My other half had the veal sirloin, but it was a bit too gamey for him. Reservations are highly recommended. Keep in mind that many places in Spain close after lunch and reopen for dinner around 8pm, so make that reservation earlier in the day if you plan on having dinner. We also ordered the grilled razor clams, suckling pig, a refreshing salad and without a doubt the best anchovies I've ever had. The texture was not like your typical anchovies. They were super fresh and kind of meaty served with lots of fresh olive oil. We finished the meal off with one of the top best steaks I've ever had. The food was good, the service was good, but the ambiance is LOUD when there are performances scheduled. I was a little disappointed in the feeling of being "shoehorned" into a seating area as more and more people arrived, but I would like to go back and try this again when it is not so packed. I also have to compliment the staff - they were able to keep from losing their minds with an incredibly full house on their hands. A couple more positives: There are several delicious vegetarian options for the tapas menu, but if you are leaving without trying at least one of their desserts, you are missing out.
