WORST decision I have ever made going to this vet, they lost the end of the cottonbud inside his ear , then proceeded to probe at his ear trying to remove it , after telling them to stop , they proceeded to take him and sedate him , they decided after all of this that he needed emergency surgery to surgically remove it . Found out Greencross Minchinbury had perforated his ear drum with a huge hole left. Now he requires surgery to remove his ear canal as his ear now has growths from the surgery and trauma. Tried to contact higher up managers to no avail, no head office number , no call backs from managers , NO NOTHING!!! We have been told if he doesn't get the surgery he will be approaching the end of what can be done and the pain he is suffering will continue to get worse until there is no option but to put him down . The Greencross vet at Minchinbury , Dr. Anita has shown no remorse or compassion and has not taken the matter seriously.The vet did not even have the decency to come to the phone and when we originally mentioned that we will need to go to management and higher up to get help she laughed and thought the whole this was amusing. We now want to warn others please do not risk putting your fur babies in her hands at this practice we do not want anyone going through what our family are going through

We had to come back as we were concerned about our kitten's sneezing and watery eyes and we saw Dr. Prue this time around, and she was just as helpful and thorough with us, checking just about everything to make sure our cat is in tip top condition. I'm very impressed with the doctors and staff here, you can tell all of them has a great appreciation for animals and this makes you feel that bringing your pet here means they will get the best care and service possible.

I normally pay at my regular dog groomer $65 for the works, I just paid $110. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great local vet hospital with long business hours, which makes them very convenient for us office…read moreworkers. They have always been available to help in emergencies. All the staff genuinely care about your pets and are happy to help any way they can. They also have puppy pre-school, cat boarding, pet food and other pet supplies.
