There is delicious hot, and free coffee and tea. There are outlets everywhere so charging your device is never a problem. I just absolutely love it. The only complaint, and unfortunately it's a significant one, is that the parking is terrible. If it's at all busy you will have to park a few blocks away and walk.

Two floors offering lots of seating options and meeting rooms to rent out. I will say, it was towards the end of the week and I think people were just excited it was almost Friday, but it was a bit loud. Luckily, I had my AirPods with me and was able to put those in and stay focused for the afternoon. It's a very modern, industrial feel on the bottom floor with lots of natural light which I love. The space is very clean and organized, and I love that it's right next door to Valor coffee when you need a little pick-me-up. It even smells like Valor Coffee when you walk in. No issues with the wifi connection which is a big pro.
