After a confusing and incredibly painful injury on May 5th 2020 I was lost during the time of Covid on who I could turn to that would be able to help me. After visiting a walk in orthopedic place and calling my primary care both confirmed a c5-7 injury that somehow I got from simple gardening after I was finally fully recovered from having covid19 for 15 days earlier in March. The pain and conflicting treatment plans from other doctors had me find my own best course of action, leading me to try to relieve my pain through chiropractic care. My xrays from May showed 9 subluxinations. Most of my neck was stuck and could not move forward or backward and nerves leading down my arm were compressed and pinched in between the stuck vertebrae causing my nerve damage down my right arm making my index finger numb and in searing pain day and night. No amount of pain meds, heat or ice could help. I couldn't drive, dress, or sit for very long without intense nerve pain. Now after 3x a week adjustments and new xrays it is early August I only have 3 subluxiations and am on the road to recovery. You just don't know how much you miss the simple things like weeding, hanging laundry or walking your dog without pain until all the boring aspects of life like that are impossible to do. What an ordeal I have been through....I don't wish this on my worst enemy. I had an incredible recovery as a patient here around 2018. I had an issue with bodily numbness and discomfort from extreme sports or sports accidents over the years. The adjustment techniques and plan that Justin used were a huge relief, and I was able to get my life back on track. If I recall right, I had occipital skull discomfort too, which disappeared. First of all, it's very easy to get an appointment. They are very flexible and the staff is excellent! I have a very small frame and was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. I have been to several chiropractors that were way too rough. I don't want to leave the chiropractor's office feeling worse than when I went in! Dr. Roth is exceptional. How do I know that the treatment plan is working for me? I have been an amazing chair dancing for years once pain set in. However, after 2 weeks, I was able to attend a comedy show and later stand up and dance for 2 hours straight with my crew for the first time in years! And did not need any recovery time the next day!
