Requests for information were ignored, and the executor's actions were effectively enabled rather than corrected. For a wills and estates lawyer, failing to provide beneficiaries with the will and permitting an executor to disregard the deceased's intentions is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone involved in an estate especially beneficiaries to be very careful and to seek independent legal advice.
