This company had such great reviews, and I was kind of shocked that my experience was so opposite. I got on a consultation call with Nicole and her team whom insisted that my boyfriend was on the call with me as my "support" person. Which confused me because I am a grown adult and after the call was over there was definitely no need for him to be on that. She was extremely rude throughout the entire call; would speak over me, and her tone made me feel very small and made my questions feel very stupid, while all I was trying to do was understand what her process is what her team does and how they drive outcomes. At the end of the two hour call, she went right into getting me to buy the service and when I asked her if I could have time to think about it, she recommended that I don't and that I sign up because most people who think about it, don't move forward. Obviously everyone's situation is different but she advised a protocol for me after not looking at any lab results and knowing very little history (only what I told her). It was shocking that she would advise on a protocol after not seeing any of my recent test or lab results, I could have been lying for all she knew ... So it seemed odd that she felt so confident in giving a solution that she stated may or may not work when not seeing any actual past health information or results. And when I asked how we would be able to measure results, she would repeatedly tell me "I can't guarantee any results. I can't tell you if it's gonna work you just have to try it. I can't advise you anything, I'm not your doctor". If you are taking medicine for an issue I would not recommend coming to her. read more

I paid for a consult with Dr Rothman to determine if I was a candidate for her program. She told me it was a coaching program via Zoom calls once a week , Facebook interactions , etc. She told me the price and I agreed to sign up. I was unable to sign the agreement on my Ipad, it had miraculously disappeared .She told me to use my phone ,I couldn't see anything. I was in a hurry, which she was aware of due to plans. I advised that I could not speak after 4 pm. The call went to 4:20 and I was rushed. I felt coerced into signing with fear tactics. I decided that I was not a good fit for the program due to time constraints and excercise limitations. I cancelled via letter , per her agreement instructions ,which I delivered to her office. Within 10 Min I received a text .I cancelled within 22 hours of signing her agreement. She refused to honor her agreement and refund my money (Even the airlines give 24 hours at no penalty). She would refund only after I signed an agreement not to leave reviews. Her agreement stated only that the client hand deliver or mail a cancellation letter. She was charging me 1597. I would understand a fee if I had used her services but I used none of them. No labs were done. How much was done on my case from 4:20 the previous evening? Dr Rothman stated that she told me about cancel fee but I didn't hear that , I was too busy absorbing what her program entailed. It seemed vague. I feel I was harassed by Dr Rothman's fear techniques. I received no services. No labs were done so what could her "personalized program" have sent me to justify keeping any money? She said they were administrative fees . They were just a charge of 1609.76 for sending a package which I returned the next day. The refund of 7854.39 took over 45 days. Her office tried to bargain with me not to leave any reviews. They were willing to give me 9K back ! That speaks volumes. Beware! read more

Buyers Beware....please take a note....this was a very uncomfortable exchange to say the least. I hope Dr. R and her staff take few notes. I was looking forward to finding out answers on hormonal imbalance and took Dr. Rothman's webinar. Then later on a 15 min follow up call to determine if I was qualified as a potential patient. I was indeed a qualified candidate and happily paid $147 for her 1-2 hr Zoom meeting to get on a deeper level of understanding how I could benefit. I was very excited, intrigued and mystified and wanted to know her secrets. I wanted to do this for a long time and wean out from the BIHRT I am currently on. I had been to similar webinars/seminars, did my own research on this topic, etc. so I wasn't a stranger to it or an "uneducated consumer". What threw me off in the very beginning was her strong hold and demand on my spouse to be present on the Zoom meeting against my will. I gently tried warning the staff that this meeting/program was for ME only and that my husband most definitely will be unable to sit thru a lengthy 1-2 hr session talking about my problems or would he wanted to know about my bladder leak, but they kept on insisting stating that they wanted the spouse to be there to understand what I would be going through and obviously decide on the cost together. They wouldn't take NO for an answer. I let go of it knowing the outcome. The Zoom call started out with questions on our sex life and we immediately felt like we had a session with a shrink instead, talking about our sexual relationship, if we had any issues being intimate, etc etc., at which point my husband said that he had enough and did not want to discuss his sex life with a stranger, excused himself then got up and left. I didn't blame him a bit and was actually relieved that he got out of this meeting. Dr. R and I continued on our conversation, still being mysterious and all. When it came down to the cost of this program she said that her program cost was from $2000 to $15,000, which I was still ok with, but I would have to "commit" to 3 to 6 mos on this program. I was still puzzled as to know how it would benefit ME if I paid $2000 or $15,000, would I be able to endure even a 1 mos on this program not knowing what the hell I am committing to. I do like to know exactly what I am investing in before I actually purchase something so so surprises later. As far as the cost, I was told that bc the program was this costly Dr. R wanted the spousal approval as well so that I didn't waste her time. I informed Dr. R that I didn't have to ask my husband's permission and money was not an issue. At this point Dr. R and I looked at one another and said our goodbyes. It was very obvious we were not a good match. She wouldn't take the time to listen to ME. The mystery, the commitment, the unknown....Boy oh boy, this entire meeting has left me more baffled, disappointed and disgusted. I do get that Dr. R is passionate about what she does and that she doesn't want her time being wasted, but the entire approach was a hard sell, too pushy, too forceful and extremely overwhelming or at least this is how Dr. R and her staff came across. This is my opinion and my opinion only. I was in a dental/medical healthcare industry for 40 yrs and my BS meter is detecting just that. read more

I am 43 and losing weight is getting harder. I was very frustrated so I tried the program with high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The "interview call" to see if you are eligible for something that you have to pay for is over an hour long and MUST include your partner even if not married. They will make you talk about all of your shortcomings and by the end you feel so low that you agree to join. They are certainly trained at sales training which is sad considering people are doing this for better health. I really couldn't afford the money I put forth. Despite the hefty price tag, the program then required additional purchases, making it financially draining. Disappointingly, the promised results were not delivered. It's regrettable to say that this program was not worth the investment, both in terms of money and time. There will be tons of videos each week with horrible actors that just go on and on. The experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated by the false accusations of effectiveness. Even on calls where it was evident that I wasn't doing well, they just told me to go at my own pace. There was no real concern that I was failing. In hindsight, I wish I had invested my resources elsewhere. read more

I would proceed with caution on this one, do your research first. I started with the menopause call which they will schedule a 15 minute call if you qualify for them. I took off work for this call. The girl admittedly was late for my call which I was already back at work and couldn't talk to her. No big deal, right? We scheduled it for today....I should be on it now. When I called back and asked why no one called at all (at this point I want my money back). They can't even get a phone call right to gain business; they have bigger problems. I was told by Troy I am not a fit for this place and he will refund me the money and hung up on me. Do your research ladies, I am not saying this doesn't work for everyone. They will show you 3-4 people that had success. It doesn't take much to show there are many more failures on this program. People that got sick, were told not to take thyroid meds. Had a scheduled meeting with Dr Rothman. I was on time paid in advance and because my spouse was not able to be involved in the meeting, they cancelled my appointment with them. This makes no sense. I've been seeing Dr. Nicole for over 10 years. She and her staff are so caring and friendly. I started because I was having frequent back and shoulder pain associated with stress and work. We found Dr Rothman and her amazing crew through a free local seminar. As an RN I knew everything she was saying was true about disease and treating only the symptoms. I knew I could trust her. We joined not too long after and started the detox process that week.
