I asked them to come out and inspect it and they refused bc I had a small remaining balance I was making payments towards. They are holding my warranty hostage and are threatening a lien when in my opinion, they owe me what I paid for first (a roof that doesn't leak). They conveniently forget telling me I could make payments and even tho they start out seeming very nice to work with, turn to taking a nasty tone quickly. I would not recommend working with them. I'm somewhat shocked at the high review scores they have other places and will be sure to share my experience there as well. I have also notified GAF of my experience and have requested their bond information more than once in case I have to pursue remedy that way.

I saw and heard a huge part of the tree trunk crash down onto the city sidewalk. I yelled out the…read moredoor and said it sounded like it broke the sidewalk. He said no, they put things down to protect it. After they left, I found the sidewalk broken in a few places. They should have pushed the trunk toward the grassy area. Also, they gave me an estimate on the stump removal that later turned out to be 3x that much. I called New Leaf Tree Service who charged less and did a wonderful job and with much respect to me and my property. I wish I had called them to remove the tree, but what's done is done. Oh, one thing good I can say about Stumps is they charged $800 less if I had it removed before leaves grew out. No one really knows if that amount is added first so It can sound like a discount. But it is a positive. I won't be using them again, though
