I understand companies get busy, but communication matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of follow-through and respect for a potential customer's time. They were going to charge over $600 to fix a slight bathroom sink drip and over $500 for a external drain leak. In total, the bill would have been over $1,200. That is without the initial "service" charge. A new faucet, similar to the one that needed to be repaired can be purchase for under $100. I declined the estimate, but still was charged for the "service" fee. I would recommend finding another plumbing company.

Paul really can do everything we can think of to throw at him. We called Paul when we had lights go out in our 30' ceiling. In his first call, he replaced all our ceiling lights and straightened out a ceiling light fixture that no one could get to stay in place despite multiple attempts over the last 5 years.
