He is such an ass , I have never ever wrote a bad review about a doctor or office but people need to know what they are going to get when they see him. 1st and for more he treated me like an addict looking for pain meds which I'm not I have multiple sclerosis and severe lower back pain he told me I tested dirty on my drug test and took all pains away for 4 months yet I asked to see lab results never got them so I just suffered. But that's not the bad part 2 days ago I go in to have a lumbar medial branch done. well one nurse brought me back got my vitals asked me if I was getting gas or sedation I said sedation and signed the paper saying I had a driver and she put an Iv in then another nurse comes gets me and is in the operation room the gas is already on and my face is stuck right in it because your placed on your belly and I said damn this is alot and the nurse said I will turn it down until he comes in and then I will put in your iv meds and turn up the gas . So while I'm all gassed up and high i guess her story is she asked and assumed I said the has was enough .umm no if u ask me before and I have and IV I want the IV meds. well she NEVER PUTS THE IV meds in so I can feel so much and I'm crying like crazy I guess I started moving cuz doctor yells stop moving I've hit the same spot 3 times and the nurse is holding my neck down with her arm it was so messed up. after it's over she says next time get sedation you moved alot I said I was supposed to IV meds. Bottom line Avoid!!! Or if u have to go here don't see him I wouldn't that's just my story

There are others like Honey, supposedly a nurse practitioner, who has no qualms about letting you know how much of a nuisance you are and how it's such of inconvenience for you to be taking up her time. It's obvious when you see her that she feels the need to demean others for her own low self esteem. It would truly benefit the company and her self confidence if she didn't work with the public. That being said, you have a little over 50/50 chance that whatever is done will work.

The check in clerk just acted too busy to address any questions or concerns I had at check in such as confirming my contact information etc and was being even more unpleasant at check out. Moving on to the real disappointments; at my next (and last) appointments, I had to see a different provider than I did at my first appointment. I wasn't opposed to seeing her at first at all, however, at each appointment with her, the follow through as well as the follow up, never even happened. I was told I had a "stress fracture" yet a referral was never placed even when I was told to expect a call, TWICE. I decided to let it go after two months of waiting. The next time I went they did bloodwork and I never heard from them for weeks. I called to get results when I knew everything had plenty of time to be resulted, and they could not find the orders in my chart nor any results for my labs.......I'd love to know where my blood went and whose chart it was placed in as it definitely was not mine yet they drew the blood from my arm. Needless to say, I was more than dissatisfied with the contemptible and pathetic lack of professionalism and mishandling of my complaints and the mishandling of my labs or follow up care. I would highly recommend finding a different provider over the convenience of their location if you want any kind of assurance that your care and follow up with be handled correctly.

I came because the Shreveport water stinks and I'm scared of it. Arrived at 7:30am. Please see the clock running. There's a self serve check-in kiosk and the window with a human. I pointed to ask her or the machine. She pointed machine. Enter your info or scan your ID/DL SHE CALLS MY NAME.... wrong by way of mispronouncing my surname. I explain it's -ER not -More She tells me that's what she said. I am befuddled. Amazed she felt comfortable talking back. But hey... I point out: 1. If it's too much I can go elsewhere. She says it's not then proceeds to hand me papers. I address it as... If it's not too much then correcting yourself with less attitude or at all is possible. She said she doesn't have a problem and I decide to push on knowing I'll talk to the facility manager or someone. This is the first introduction. It's 7am in the morning. Where is the professionalism or How do you set the tone as such? People demand and expect more from retail and restaurant workers. I'm trying to ensure we are all engaged with my proper pronunciation of my surname. Why the pushback when I've carried my surname for decades and know how to pronounce it? No idea but here we are. The remainders called my name accurately but no one proactively gave me my vitals such as the blood pressure reading. I asked the FNP and she provided me all the numbers and even those I didn't ask for. Why 2 stars versus the bare 1 ? The Nurse Practitioner announced her designation. She didn't play doctor nor give me the chance to assume. Mad respect for this as so many in various places around America don't identify their degree rank nor certification. In the end, I'm not okay nor advocate paying full medical care prices for Practitioner level of matriculation. P.S. Nurse Anita started off well until it became an issue when she returned with a hard copy script. I asked for things to go to Express Scripts. She said it can't. I asked well can it go electronically to anyone in town. She then explained the system had an update last night and they can't operate it yet. Why not just say this on the first go round? No idea But in total... This is NOT a patient centric facility and the apathetic attitudes beg for them to change professions or undergo a serious cultural change. Top down. Bottom up.

We arrived at 6:10, checked in and was called back around 6:30ish, the nurse triaged us and did the test swabs. We was sent to the room when the doctor came in about 6:50ish. Was told that the test was cooking and should be done in 20 minutes. Other nurse came in and gave her some medicine, left and shut the door and we waited.....Time passed and its 7:21 (Im thinking the test should be done by now, right?) So i grab the girls came out of the room and no one was in sight in the back office. We head back into the waiting room and no one was there either. The check in windows was shut down so we tried to leave and the moving glass door will not open. So I turn around and I see a janitor. I asked, is anyone still here? He replied no ma'am they close at 7. I said, Oh well they left us in the room. He said, I know they didn't . YES THEY DID i said . So he called anyone he could, which called the security guard, which got in touch with a nurse I didnt see on a visit. She finally got there to check me out and get my baby test results about 8:10. Im happy my child test came back negative because they FAIL to do proper room check and check out procedures and I would of been stuck there with a sick child and no Rx. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
