When asking if they carried this product or possibly had it in store, she said if it's not on their website, they don't carry it. But the furniture lines carried by this store are renamed so they aren't easily searchable on the company website. The employee offered no further assistance in seeing what their store renamed the product line to, no customer service or information about the anniversary sale this store is currently running, not even a "hey! Why don't you come on in, I'm sure we can find something to meet your needs if we don't carry that specific chair!" I'll be sure to order online elsewhere when I was trying to support a local (29mi away) business.

Thrift stores always have something to offer especially here in this community I can find some…read morethings value like books, furnishings, miscellaneous things of value coming from a likeminded religious community which denomination I will not mention. However the consistent thing about this place every time I come here is the very bad customer service. I have very limited time when I'm here and I literally waited for over 15 minutes in line! The cashiers here just took their sweet time as if they didn't care and it was like watching paint dry. Time is money and they wasted mine each time I'm here. I know they are volunteers so I understand however it's a poor representation of the church denomination this thrift store represents to the community if service continues this way. Plus when I was going to buy two bins marked "2 $5.00" they were going to charge me $10 and said the 2 represented February and it was labeled that way for the workers so they know. What?? How does that make sense? They should fix the price tag or price label for the customers instead of confusing and misleading customers.
