(For instance, you ask a question about pricing in an email to a sales manager and she sends you a proposal, without disclosing the FULL terms/conditions and pricing options.) There are numerous undisclosed details about reserving offices (you can't cancel, you can only move the reservation to another day, and you can't do it online but only by calling customer service). I ended up spending an extra $110 in the first month because of undisclosed reservation practices. Why go to Regus then given all these problems? Because if you have to get work done in a quiet atmosphere this place works. And the price is right. But you first have to crack the code on how to reserve and cancel offices!!
