I felt like I was being put up by family- snacks, coffee, full kitchen, scented candles, comfortable bed, extra blankets, waterfall shower and a giant TV- just to name a FEW of the amenities... truly the coziest spot ever. The park is located in a beautiful natural setting just outside the city of Giddings. S & H RV Park offers WiFi, a laundromat, a fishing pond, scenic sunsets and sun rises, beautiful grounds for walking and running, and super friendly and gracious park owners. It is located very close to Fayetteville, Lake and several fishermen that were staying at S & H while we were there caught numerous trophy size bass. They said they come to S & H RV Park several times per year to fish Fayetteville Lake.

They got our dogs all worked up inside our car by running up to us and barking. It was also hard to take our dogs out for a walk as the loose dogs wouldn't leave us alone. In the dark we had to walk with a flashlight and whistle to keep them away from our dogs. This is a very small park with very small (tight) spaces. Most are parked back end to back end because the hookups are on one pole for 2 RVs (back to back). The owner was very nice and helpful. He lives on site. This park is way back off the road and about 5 miles from town. Roads are a little rough getting here, including the driveway. It's only a one lane drive. They wouldn't accept credit cards so be prepared to pay in cash. Not sure if there is a bath house.
