This place has FAKE products! I called prior to going to the store asking for a specific brand of battery and the woman who picked up told me they had them. I drove all the way there and she acted nice so I paid then left. But when I opened the box it had glue stains all over and it looked used on the inside since it was grey and partially red. I asked if she could help me out with the defective product and she got defensive and loud, while on the phone with a friend, stating she couldn't do anything to help me and "wasn't the owner." She didn't even try to ask him to help after selling me a fake product. Definitely never going to go back. Would never recommend them to anyone. read more

Terrible customer service Sold me two leaking e cigarettes. as i asked for new ones to exchange with she developed a real attitude with me and of the 6 ezzy ecigs i opened 5 of them were leaking. so i politely asked for my money back and she lost her mind and started yelling and gave me two different flavors n said these won't burn or leak as she continued to yell. apparently they have a no return policy? it was only 20$ i was not going to sit there and argue back n forth. she can have her money and her stolen/fake products.
