Now, they house a bunch of different trinkets from mugs, books, apparel, candy, stickers, cameras, film, cards, incense, soaps, etc. I ended up getting a few little items - a deck of cards, stickers, and flower seeds. Staff on deck was a female who was nice to talk to in terms of her informing me on the changes that they've made to the shop since they've moved from their old spot. I can confidently say he was 100% right about the sweater. The quality of the fabric is genuinely worth the price. Immediately, when I put on the sweater for the first time, I could tell this was the real deal. The sweater felt like how sweaters used to be made back in the day when they had a ton of quality and you knew it was going to last a long time with proper care. They look chic and are functionally designed. Wish their women's line was a bit more expanded but looks like that is evolving. The store is cutely curated with books, old school memorabilia and hip art. For LA urban cyclists this is the spot.

I hate wearing pants, but I when I have to, I wear Swrve…read more These are the only jeans that I can comfortably walk, jog, and cycle in.  If you've ever had an issue with jeans whose fabric was not breathable, or experienced thigh chafing when trying to ride a bike, then you will understand. At first I had a bit of sticker shock, but over the past 8 years, I have not been able to find anything even close to their pants and shorts.  They are in a league of their own.  I attempted to support other LA brands like DSTLD, but I can only wear those for ~20-30 minutes before I realize how much I hate the fit. Swrve literally has no other competition in this arena, other than maybe Lululemon (which is not as dressy looking, and even pricier).  And if you factor in that Swrve will patch up minor wear and tear for you over the years for free, then it's totally worth it.  The main reason they're so comfortable is the gusseted crotch.  Their newest shorts (and possibly pants as well) seem to have en even larger diamond patch of material, which feels even roomier/stretchier than their previous iterations.   For the southern California climate, I highly recommend their lightweight shorts.

Bought a pair of SOP collaboration boots with White's Boots for $700. This was my first purchase…read morefrom the store. The boots arrived quickly, and I absolutely love them. They look great and feel high quality. The order was supposed to include two pairs of laces and a kiltie. While the laces were included, the kiltie was missing. I reached out to SOP, and Brandon was responsive and said they were in the mail, but they never arrived. It's now been over two months. Really disappointed with SOP. This was my first purchase and will most likely be my last. When you're spending $700 on boots, you expect everything that's supposed to come with them.

I love the variety of items they carry, and the employees have always been friendly, and welcoming. They have an impressive selection of clothing, shoes, glassware, collectibles, furniture, and vintage treasures, and it's always interesting to browse. That said, the prices are much higher than what most people expect from a thrift store. Traditionally, thrift stores exist to provide affordable clothing and household items while supporting the community, especially during times when many families are trying to stretch their budgets. Unfortunately, many of the prices here feel much closer to what you'd find in an antique or resale shop. I would honestly suggest renaming it to something like "Bridge Resale Store" because I think that would better reflect what customers can expect. It's still a great place to shop if you're looking for unique or vintage items, but if you're expecting traditional thrift store pricing, you may leave disappointed. I enjoy visiting and appreciate the staff and the quality of the merchandise--I just wish the pricing better matched the mission and expectations that come with the word "thrift."

The denim patterns have a nostalgic look and feel high quality. They offer a couple of variation in fit and since they are small batch, those can vary. The shop has a western feel but our salesman made it feel homie. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't expect anything else from New York. They are currently hemming the pair I bought and can't wait to wear my 1st pair.
