He was able to get the furnace working. Kevin also started my gas fireplace. But after a couple of hours it (the fireplace) went out. All in all he was able to fix both for a service call. He cut me off as I was pulling up to a stop sign and almost took out the front end of my pickup. I followed him to their yard, less than a mile away, where I asked him if that's how he always drives. He then proceeded to call me a few colorful names and basically told me to F off. With employees like that, representing you on the road and in the town that you service, I would be embarrassed as a business owner myself.
